Motionless in White are a gothic and horror-themed metalcore band from Scranton, Pennsylvania. After forming in 2005, the group began to break out with the release of their third album, Reincarnate (2014), which charted in the Top 10 on the Billboard 200 and featured artists such as Dani Filth of Cradle of Filth and Tim Skold of Marilyn Manson and KMFDM. Lead vocalist Chris Motionless has noted drawing inspiration from bands like Slipknot, Cradle of Filth and AFI, who helped inspire the sonic soundscape of albums like Graveyard Shift (2017) and Disguise (2019), the latter of which produced the band’s first single to go gold, “Another Life.” Motionless in White have released two EPs and six studio albums, including 2022’s critically acclaimed Scoring the End of the World — embarking on sold-out tours with everyone from Korn to Slipknot.

Motionless in white sounded awesome just like their albums. The venue leaves more to be desired. Poor communication, lack of organization and the music wasn’t loud enough. We paid extra for balcony seats but they only had a handful of chairs available. We had paid extra for the balcony but they told us to stand in General admission line. When we finally made it to the gates they sent us to a completely different line to wait even longer. We will not go back to the venue but will definitely see Motionless in White again.
After this show was rescheduled, I was not informed of a lineup change. I really wanted to see one of the opening bands. So I went to the show only to find out after seeing the merch table that Knocked Loose was not going to be there. I was upset.
First white oak lawn sucks! The venue has zero organization. They bring you in a gate off the sidewalk in to rows that just merge all in one in a old metal building (be careful not to get hurt by the crude cuts in the walls & utilities still hanging around) just to go back on to the sidewalk and in to another gate. The walkways in are major hazards with elevation changes and stuff in the way. The bar drink selection is horrible tho the bartenders were awesome tho each made the drinks differently. Lastly the lawns audio is just horrible. We were barely off stage center to the right about halfway up lawn and could barely hear the band. 0/10 honestly will not go back and do not recommend! Oh and parking is a joke. Uber in if you can
They absolutely killed it. Just upset with the rain delay and the curfew the city had set. Completely missed in this moment. Will definitely see MiW again soon ????
They sound amazing!!! Exactly the same as they do in their songs. The stage presence and charm>>>> it’s my first time going to a concert of theirs and I can assure you I won’t miss any more concerts when they come back here. MiW live is something that will be hard to top
Motionless in White and Kim Dracula were amazing acts and they truly lived up to the expectations. Motionless in White were very nice to their audience occasionally stopping to see of we were all ok and if we needed water. They sounded so good live that they legitimately sounded like they do on their studio albums. Had a great time and I plan on seeing them every time they come to Houston.
Went to see MIW in North MB in October 2023. The environment and enthusiasm every band brought to the stage was amazing. This was the second concert I’ve ever been to and I cannot wait to see them again!
Not as long as the original tour setlist but hit all the strong main songs, from intense to melodic. Slaughterhouse and immaculate misconception were insanely good and ethereal, while voices and reincarnate sounded great too
best concert ever. miw was amazing considering how bad the weather was. i’m so happy i finally got to experience this show since it was postponed back in october. will be seeing them every time they are around????
