Palaye Royale in Concert
Throughout history, the greatest rock 'n' roll bands have exuded confidence in their sound and vision. The Los Angeles-based power trio Palaye Royale is no exception: The group of real-life brothers — vocalist Remington Leith, guitarist Sebastian Danzig, and drummer Emerson Barrett — take striking musical and fashion cues from '60s and '70s icons (including and especially The Rolling Stones), but are forging a distinct musical path forward.
Although they've toured with modern metal and hard rock bands (including Pop Evil), Palaye Royale are most comfortable nodding to the past. Their 2016 debut, 'Boom Boom Room (Side A),' brims with groove-heavy, retro rock 'n' roll, as does that album's 2018 companion, 'Boom Boom Room (Side B),' which is full of stomping glam, smoldering blues, and razor-edged rock.
This brash music is a far cry from the band's origins. As kids, the brothers played together in a pop act called Kropp Circle that received some attention from media such as Radio Disney. However, the siblings soon decided that classic rock 'n' roll was more their speed, and they relocated to L.A. The move paid off as they nabbed a record deal with Sumerian Records, and the chance to develop a career on their own terms.
Fiercely DIY, the group has amassed a devoted fan base (known as the "Soldiers of the Royal Council") through nurturing creative endeavors. The band produces a newspaper called 'The Royal Times' and has launched its own makeup and jewelry lines, while Barrett himself sells original fine art both online and at the merch table. In concert, the members of Palaye Royale also foster deep connections with fans, no doubt because of their previous years of live experience. They crank up the volume and swagger, giving their songs even more verve and energy, while Danzig is a livewire frontman who's been known to hang off venue lighting rigs for dramatic effect.
Over the course of their career, Palaye Royale have brought countless venues to capacity, like Saint Andrews Hall in Detroit, the Theatre of Living Arts in Philadelphia and the Buckhead Theatre in Atlanta.

Palaye Royale know how to put on a show. They keep the crowd engaged the whole time. Remys acrobatics just add a whole other level. I would 100% see this band again.
Amazing show. Only issue was the openers were on a speed run. They started before GA even got in
Palaye Royale is my favorite band, and one of the best in the world. They were absolutely phenomenal. To watch them live was a dream come true, and their presence and brilliance on the stage is unmatched. They are so epic to watch, and were absolutely worth driving the hundreds of miles we did to come see them. Completely amazing. Their music is so great and I love all their songs. To be able to scream every song they sang along with them was so cool. It was honestly a life changing experience, and buying those tickets are one of the best decisions I've ever made. Me and my brothers will cherish those memories forever. They were 100% worth it all.
Palaye Royale put on an amazing show!! The music was perfect like always, the energy they put into their performance is so fun to watch. They had great openers! I loved every minute!
Palaye Royale did fantastic. It's normally really fun going to a show at The Depot. The bands' experience in SLC probably didn't impress them much, there were issues with sound, a broken drum, the crowd not knowing how to help Remington crowd surf, they just kinda smooshed him in a smelly blob of humans. There were too many openers. You could have started earlier and played an extra hour at least. All of your songs are amazing but it seemed to be just a difficult night- not because of you guys, you kept your energy up and still gave us a great show! The universe just wasn't cooperating. Please consider a do-over for SLC- possibly at Granary Live. Good luck with your Uhaul and the rest of your tour! :)
Palaye Royale is absolutely AMAZING live. Anyone who has a chance to see them it is a MUST SEE. Remingtons vocals are seriously out of this world. Not to mention his stage presence is next level. I am preparing to see them for the 6th time and have seen them in intimate settings and headline tours across the country. Sebastian is such an amazing guitarist and really puts on a show. Emerson is so talented and I have got to hear his beautiful voice at an intimate benefit concert earlier this year. The three of them work so well together and have the most immaculate style and stage presence. Please everyone go see them now!!! They deserve soooo much more recognition!! I can’t wait to see them again Oct 27th!!!! ??
I went in not knowing much of their music but watching them interact with the crowd was a blast. I can definitely say I will be getting tickets again when they come back!
First time seeing Palaye Royale and they absolutely ROCKED it!!! Loved their interaction with the crowd and Remington's energy and shenanigans!!! Can't wait to have the chance to see them again!!!
Really loved seeing palaye royale live. Remington was literally everywhere, on the ceiling, in the crowd, at the bar. All of the members’ facial expressions were on point during each song, the music itself was just perfect. Love them.
