Loved ALL the participants. The speed round was great; however, the Fusion portion of the competition was by far the best. The amount of practice and coordination it takes to complete the tricks while jumping rope, is MAGNIFICO.
There was no music in the beginning. That was the boring part ! i appreciate the shows of japenese crew. It was amazing
The Holiday Classic never disappoints. The competitors always put on a great show! I love seeing the kids and adults integrate and work together. The freestyle part is always bomb and I love seeing people from all over the world doing moves I couldn't fathom doing. I'll be going back year after year!
Fun event, the Double Dutch teams were amazing! Good to see youth and adult Double Dutch teams. My family and friends enjoyed the Double Dutch event and will be back again next year.
ENJOYED EVERYTHING, AS WE USUALLY DO, RIGHT UP TO THE TERRIBLE JUDGING FOR "ADVANCED FUSION". THOUGHT LAST YEAR WAS POOR, THIS YEAR WAS A TRAVESTY! DOUBT THE JAPANESE WILL EVER BE BACK, AND NOT SO SURE WE WILL EVER BE, EITHER! DISHEARTENING AND DISAPPOINTING TO PARTICIPANTS AND SUPPORTERS!
It's an event that allows young man and woman have fun and stay in shape. Also to give them and extra activity to stay off the street
The Double Dutch athletes were phenomenal. The contestants gave an exceptional performance. Competition was stiff. All in all the best teams won.
My 14-year-old granddaughter and I took the train up to New York City from Baltimore just to attend this competition and we both agreed it was well worth the trip. We enjoyed every single minute of this 3 hour event.
I have been attending this event for 4 - 5 years now. Always amazed at the talent of these jumpers. Only disappointment was, the Snack Bar running out of snacks for people to purchase before intermission.
