Wale Tickets

Went to his show in Charlotte and loved that parking was available so close by. The opening performance was not the best and crowd energy wasn’t there. I purchased a VIP merch package ticket that was supposed to include my ticket, an exclusive merch gift (a freaking poster ?? bro I’m 21 not 12), commemorative laminate, priority merch shopping (there was no merch booth for us just the meet & greet fans), and venue first entry (only 15 minutes if that before the doors opened to everyone else). I still enjoyed his performance despite the sound/mic issues but I honestly wanted a refund for the amount of money I spent to get a VIP experience. Please just buy a regular GA ticket with fast lane access. I’m not sure if the merch booth was only an issue at this venue or there hasn’t been one at any of them but save your money. I’ve purchased a VIP merch package once before this for an Ella Mai concert in Indianapolis and it came with the laminate, silk hair ties with her name on them, and a windbreaker jacket that had her name on the front and tour name on the back. I expected the same from other artist and was sadly mistaken. Wale did stay after the concert to sign merch but by that point everyone was mixed together so there’s no telling if the actual meet & greet VIP fans had stuff signed. The DJ mentioned that he was called that day to work the concert which makes it seem like everything was super last minute and unprofessional asf. Glad to say I was able to see him live but I wouldn’t pay to see him again. Sorry not sorry.

Wale put a lot of energy in the show and performed some classics after hopping off the stage and into the crowd! Great experience!!!

I enjoyed the venue but I was not to stoked about Wale performing 1 1/2 later. he made up for it. Also standing in line for a hour if the event started at 7 was ridiculous.

Wale always puts on a great show and this one didn't disappoint. My date wasn't a big Wale fan but now he is, after seeing this performance. I also like the venue. I was seated in the balcony's front row. It was my 1st time at the Roxian and I'll come back. I may travel to another nearby city to see Wale perform again.

Would of been nice to hear songs we know. Hardly none of his hits. Even recent hits like angels with Chris brown. Folks want to hear the hits! Past and present. Tour is not totally for upcoming music but songs that made us fans to begin with. One of my least fav concerts and I've been to about 50.

Wale is always a good vibe!!! A time was had, GREAT show!! Cant wait to see him again.

Wale put on a good performance! The music seemed low and the quality of the sound was poor at times.

Wale gave a great performance. Song choices were 10/10. Had a great time with people I went with! The meet and greet with Q&A wasn’t worth it. He didn’t seem too excited for it. There was no signed merchandise and his team rushed everything. The girl taking the pictures did a horrible job. Everyone complained about their pics with him. The merchandise was just a poster with tour dates nothing special. He was an hour late starting the show. That’s a long time to be standing around from the Meet and Greet at 5:30 to 9:00 just for the show to start. Buy a regular ticket and enjoy the show don’t waste your money!

Parking was close! The drinks were great! Of course, Wale didn't disappoint. He was amazing. I could've done without the opening act but it didn't kill the vibe.
