With four Grammys and eight consecutive No. 1 albums on the Billboard Rap Albums chart, the luster of Lil Wayne’s accomplishments as a rapper rivals the bling of his signature gold chains and grill. With the release of 2013’s I Am Not a Human Being II, Wayne landed four more singles on the Billboard Hot 100, edging out Elvis Presley to became the male with the most entries on the chart – a whopping 109 in total. Singles like “Love Me” and “No Worries” featured his characteristic use of Auto-Tune to create a highly melodic hybrid of rap and R&B, propelling the album to a No. 2 spot on the Billboard 200. After becoming the youngest member on Cash Money Records’ roster when he joined the imprint at age nine, Wayne rose to fame with his group Hot Boys before achieving success as a solo artist. by Mollywood on 9/26/24Toyota Arena - OntarioThis concert was the worst one I’ve ever been to. Lil Wayne has been my all time favorite artist and this show was so disappointing. He didn’t come out until 11:30-11:45pm we saw WAY too many openers and Djs before him. A lot of people left before he came on or right after the first couple songs. The bass was so loud you couldn’t hear him and he only performed for a little over an hour. I love him and I am SO disappointed in this show.

Main acts were cut short and immatures received too much stage time. I came to a show not 2hours of a Dj. This was suppose to be an arena concert not a club event.

by Ian on 9/24/24Toyota Arena - OntarioSeeing Lil Wayne in person has been on my bucket list for a while. His performance did not disappoint, so full of energy and humility. I personally wish he performed more of The Carter 1; he did more of the Carter 2,3, 4, and 5 but I'll take it. The VIP merch package was okay , it was just a keychain, socks, and a tote bag. I was expecting more of a shirt or something so it felt a little overpriced for what I received. Still bought a shirt and hat anyways. He has some of his younger young money artists come up too so his performance was only probably about 40 minutes total. He's getting older though so I get it. Over all a fantastic experience and so glad I was able to finally see him in person!

I wasn’t a fan of how the staff handled the VIP Merch Package situation. You had to find a random UNMARKED table (that none of the employees knew of so I was mislead in circles) then the VIP MERCH only included a keychain, socks and a tote bag….all I wanted was a TShirt. I wish they disclosed that info upon purchasing so we know what to expect.
