Mean Girls (Touring) Tickets

The musical is based on the movie of the same title; MEAN Girls,” not, “NICE Girls”. I went for the iconic laughs of the original, but it seems the PC police removed every possible situation, reference, or joke that would make a person laugh & replaced it with boring, feel good, rhetoric. If I want an op-ed I’ll read the latest issue of Vanity Fair. What I want is to blow off some steam, tripping down memory lane, not memory LAME, enjoying the iconic one-liners & comedic performances that made this movie & Lindsay Lohan famous. Even if I could get past the hack job editing & story re-imagining, the cast had nothing to offer. They couldn’t sing, couldn’t dance, & like me, showed no enthusiasm for the material. No stand out performers or memorable songs, which is kinda the main thrust of a musical ?? Many of the cast played multiple roles which not only got confusing it came off cheap, like they couldn’t afford to pay more than a handful of people. The costumes, set, & production value also cheap! Our show stopped & re-started multiple times with long pauses in between due to technical difficulties, making an already long, boring, production drag on. Many people left early. I stayed cause I couldn’t get over the $ I wasted on this. Can’t believe Tina Fey put her name on this. My review is more fetch.

From the start this performance held my attention. The cast, musical numbers, costumes , everything was absolutely amazing. The female lead characters had outstanding voices and I was just mesmerized by the entire production. I definitely would recommend this show. On a scale of 1-10 I give it a 10.

I did not watch any movie or read anything about Mean girls so I would come in to this musical with no prejudgments. I was thoroughly impressed and entertained. One of the best I’ve seen in a long time. I brought 4 children ages 14-22 with me (my kids so yes children) and they loved it also. Highly recommend and thank you so much!

Thoroughly enjoyed this show! Lots of young actors with lots of energy! Sends a great message too!!! Very entertaining!!!

Probably intended for the under 35 crowd I enjoyed it as an old timer. The talent of the performers was impressive.

I took my wife to see this play and both of us were completely entertained with song and dance.

?? vulgar language for young children wasn’t expecting language and props to sexuality in play! The cast were wonderful but wasn’t thrilled about some lines!

What can I say, Mean Girls Broadway touring show definitely lived up to its name! We are huge Broadway musical/theatre fans and Mean Girls is definitely a show that has been on our bucket list to see. So grateful that we have the opportunity to see great Broadway shows through the touring companies here in Chattanooga. The casting for the principal roles was in my opinion a very good choice as they are a talented group of actors/performers. The actresses that played Cady, Regina, Gretchen, and Karen were fantastic and killed their musical performances! The actors that played Damian and Janis were also fabulous! All in all it was so great to finally see Mean Girls and we had such a fun night!

the show was AMAZING! from the props and costumes to the songs and dancing, the show was so fetch! AND the cast is amazing and so talented! amazing vocals and dancing ability!
