The experience is always amazing, the opening scene is a must see!!! it will leave you "jaw dropped"!! breathless. I've seen it 4 times & absolutely love it each time.
15 of us, from 2.5 to 70 years, attended the closing show Sunday evening. Walking through the parking garage my 2nd eldest grandson answered the "Aren't you excited?"with a disgruntled "it's a kid show". A few moments into "The Circle of Life"I heard a whispered "Sorry Grandma, I changed my mind!"I was afraid that, being the last of the run, the actors would be tired and looking forward to a rest and change. However, we were given their best and the applause that filled the room acknowledged their gift. Even the "grass"was totally into the performance. And then, to top off the evening, the actors graciously exited to excited children (and adults) and signed playbills, talking with the excited and awestruck children. Thank you for a memorable evening.
The Lion King Musical is ABSOLUTELY breathtaking, from the beginning to the end. The costumes are GORGEOUS, and the cast did a PHENOMENAL performance. This was my 4th time seeing this musical, & I enjoyed every moment, each time. I think my favorite part, is at the beginning of the show. Everything was so good, that it brought tears to my eyes (happy tears). This is a must see event. I loved it!!!
Great production . Our 2 grandgirls , age 9 & 6 , loved it. And we loved watching their faces as the creativity took place!
Amazing production with great seats. I would go back over and over again.
The production quality of The Lion King is out of this world. One of the best Broadway musicals ever produced. The traveling show is just as intricate, innovative, special effects and captivating as the original show in New York City on Broadway. Highly recommend for production value and performance that will "wow"with the special effects and amazing theatrics and sound.
The show was spectacular and visually stunning. I highly recommend seeing the Lion King as it was amazing.
Of course we love Lion King. However, the audio was horrible.. it was nothing like when I saw Lion King on Broadway and in San Francisco. They should test out audio before the show starts. The animals also didn't have that great of an impact as they do in the other theaters. I'd recommend seeing this in NY or San Fran.
It was a magnificent show. The actors are very talented, and the music and singing was great!!!
