Amazing dance routines from the oldest dance company in the USA. Let your seld mesmerized and transported to a different time and place. You will not want to miss it !

We absolutely loved this performance. Aside from the excellence of the dancers, the introductory remarks were quite helpful and so very interesting. An excellent evening all around!

The dancing was terrific and the orchestra was superb! So happy they had live music! The only issues were parking (valet took WAY too long to take my car from me: hire more valets?) and the seats in the auditorium. I had to keep twisting from side to side to see the stage due to a tall woman in front of me. I also found the seats painful after sitting in them for awhile. I will return with a 3 inch cushion to help with the pain and the inability to see the stage. Overall great show!

It was a wonderful evening celebrating modern dance and the power of women in society. The Soraya has stepped up to provide a venue that highlights dance of all genres. The pre-show panel discussion enriched my viewing of the performance. Thank you so much for offering the Valley wonderful access to cultural experience, especially dance. We were gifted with the world premier of choreographer, Pam Tanowitz' new work.

I really enjoyed the evening, particulary with the pre-event lecture panel discussion. I am not well-versed in the history of modern dance, so I was grateful for the opportunity to hear about the history of the Martha Graham Dance Company which allowed me to view the dances in context of their historical importance. It also allowed me to grasp the relevance of the new dance number that was presented that night. The program was very well produced and I very much enjoyed it.

I dance with a praise dance group and we all went to this performance and are inspired by this experience. Most of us are mature over 40 and now we feel a since of accomplishment to still be dancing. Its a love that last for ever "The community of Dance"

First time I've seen modern dance or Martha Graham Dance Company. It was spectacular!! The dancers flew through the air. The way they could move was just so beautiful. If you have never seen this company or type of dancing, dont wait...just go!!!!! It was amazing.

We've seen a lot of dance shows at various theaters, and this was as good as it gets. The evening was broken into 5 dances, all of which were mesmerizing, but Martha Graham's "Chronicle" was a masterpiece. This is not a dance ensemble you want to miss.

I enjoyed this performance, although, I like their last show better.
