Lorrie was awesome and we had great seats. Just was spoiled by a woman drunk standing up dancing around blocking the view of the stage. One of the EJThomas staff tried to intervene and the woman struck her. That was all uncalled for. After quite a while the woman finally got out of her seat and walked up to stage so police removed her. She should been removed sooner
The band was too loud that you couldn't understand the words that was being sung. Lorrie Morgan is my cousin & I've been to her concerts before and they were great. I didn't enjoy this one.
Lorrie was fantastic! They put on a great show. The venue was awesome too.
Lorrie Morgan was the first concert I ever went to and I was delighted to finally get to see her again. ??
Lorrie did not disappoint! Her voice is as good if not better than 30 years ago! She looks fantastic! My only complaint is that she performed maybe 45 minutes - perhaps not even that as it started a bit late. Great selection of songs and her new single Dead Girl Walking is HOT! Fun evening!
We thoroughly enjoyed the concert. Did not feel the venue was as good as a concert venue should be. All floor seating was not great. Also felt that the host put time constraints on both artists, and they could have allowed them longer sets. Lorrie Morgan seemed to be struggling a bit with her voice, and rambled a little instead of singing more songs. Loved her older music, and not as much of the new songs. The Gatlins were very entertaining and engaging with the crowd. But they also appeared to want to be able to sing more than they were "allowed"to. Being a big Gatlin Brothers fan, I enjoyed them more and felt their portion of the show was better done. But overall, still a great evening with great music and artists!!! A good value for what the cost of the tickets were. Four stars for Lorrie Morgan, Five stars for the Gatlin Brothers, and one star for the venue.
Lorrie proved she doesn't rest on past hits to be relevant today! She performed her country classic hits, and also debuted songs from an upcoming album, which were well received. Her band and backup singers are solid and complementary to her, not overpowering. A must see country artist!
Lorrie Morgan and the Gatlins Brothers did not disappoint. They still got it. Had great difficulty seeing them. The venue has chairs on one level. Couldn't see over the heads not just immediately in front of us but also several rows ahead. There were no monitors to make up for the lack of view. Could have stayed home and watched them on YouTube for a better experience.
The experience was double first class! The concert was great, Lori is always so personable, Gatlin Brothers were also very entertaining. The best part of this venture was the Taking Stick venue. Everyone one was fabulous giving professional, courteous service--Gentlemen assisting with parking went above and beyond expectations, valet shuttle prompt. and again very helpful. Attendants in ballroom also friendly and helpful. I forgot to mention one in our party was in a wheelchair, and the personnel made the trip for us so easy---we will definitely be back!! Thank you!!!
