by Dr. DC on 10/29/24Acrisure Arena at Greater Palm Springs - Palm DesertI told a patient of mine, who works at Acrisure, that my family and I were going to Acrisure to see Gonzaga play USC on Saturday. She asked if there was anything I needed. I told her no, but I said my mother-in-law is 91 and walks slowly. She immediately said when you get to admission tell the person you need a wheelchair and they will bring one over. Well, that is exactly what happened, the wheel chair was there right away and she wheeled her to our seats. The person who wheeled her to our seats said she would be back with the wheel chair just before the game ends and she will take her to the place outside just before the parking lot. We thought that was awesome. We tried to give her a nice tip but she turned it down because she said accepting a tip is against Acrisure policy. So from all of us, Thank You Acrisure, you're the best.
