Emancipator Tickets

I understand that this was a label showcase, but I really went to the show for Emancipator. I didn't expect it to take hours for Emancipator to get his turn on stage, otherwise I would have come later. There should have been a published schedule, because a number of people in the audience (myself included) felt as though they were being subjected to a couple hours of mediocrity before getting to see the show they came for. No offense intended for the other artists, they just weren't my style, and I would have simply skipped their turns if I had known they were playing before Emancipator.

Awesome performance. Great crowd, great improvisation, all around awesome show.

That sums it up. I was three feet from Doug the whole time and the music touched my soul, so it was pretty unforgettable.

Small, intimate venue. Staff was great. Music was amazing. Crowd was friendly and into it. Sound system was bassy and thrilling. People watching was interesting. Just couldn't go wrong. Loved it.

emancipator is literally the most amazing thing on the planet. the music is in a genre completely to itself. emancipator makes magic

This was my first time at the event like that. I heard his music at my friends house and fell in love with it. The ticket said the show started at 8, waited til 11:40 he still did not play. I don't know who is at fault here, but this is not cool.
