When is the box office open?

Summer hours for the E.J. Thomas Hall are Monday through Friday from 10AM to 4PM. Beginning August 29 the hours are Monday through Friday from 11AM to 5:30PM, 1 hour prior to Stage Door performances, and 2 hours prior to all other performances.

What payment types are accepted?

The Box Office accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash and checks.

What are the will call rules?

Will Call is available after 4PM at the Reservation Window at Thomas Hall. Customers must present the actual credit card, a picture ID and the confirmation number.
