Declared "one of the most remarkable shows in musical theater history" by the Washington Post, DEAREVAN HANSEN is the first musical to take a groundbreaking look--from the point of view of both the parents and young people--at our complex, interconnected, and social media-filled lives. Evan Hansen is a high school student who always feels like he's on the outside looking in. Evan finally gets what so many of us are searching for--the chance to finally fit in. What follows is a poignant, funny, and powerful musical about how even though it can be hard, we can find each other--and ourselves--along the way. Including some of the most iconic musical theatre songs from the last decade, including "You Will Be Found," "Waving Through A Window," and "For Forever," DEAR EVAN HANSEN features an uplifting score by the Tony?, Grammy?, and Oscar? winning team behind The Greatest Showman, La La Land, and "Only Murders in the Building" Benj Pasek and Justin Paul, and a book by Tony Award-winner Steven Levenson.

My bf and I have been huge fans of Dear Evan Hansen ever since it’s debut. We were so lucky to be able to go see this show with an amazing cast. We might’ve cried the whole time, but the show really touched our hearts. I can’t recommend this show more.
Diverse and talented cast. Loved the power of voice of the Evan Hansen character especially but others were good as well. Overall, quite a good production.
Stellar performance, well casted, beautiful music. Overall EXCELLENT!!
I purchased orchestra seat on Row C, Left, and from Center Stage and the entire Left side was obstructed by the sound and lighting rack!! I feel I only saw half the show and I paid good money to see the entire show!!
Knew a little about the storyline just based on my daughter singing the songs. Went in expecting some serious moments but mostly expecting laughter. There were laughs, but this one really tugged at the heartstrings in all the right ways. This cast was fantastic and really brought the characters and story to life. Bring tissues!!
Best play I‘ve seen. Wonderful music and message! I thoroughly enjoyed all the talented actors! Just all around fantastic!
I didn’t enjoy the show. Song’s difficult to understand the words.
An amazing show impeccably performed by an exceptionally talented cast! Every single one of them played their role and sang beautifully. High energy, gripping story, and breathtaking performances!
Leave the solicitation, i.e., announcements and political agenda away from the show! Great show; however, this was a huge buzzkill!
I thought it was great. The orchestra was amazing!!!! Great show!
The actors were fantastic and the show was phenomenal! It was truly worth seeing the performance live ??
Evan was a bit disappointing but the rest of the cast was great!
I've been to countless shows in all different places, but this one has been one of the best. It is meaningful, heart-wrenching, and important. It became my favorite show in 2016 and remains my favorite to this day.
I have seen Dear Evan Hansen 3 times now and this one was the best! The cast is so incredibly talented and the MUSIC IS AMAZING! The soundtrack is like the best part. But it was truly an amazing show and experience and I 10000/10 recommend watching it!
Have been listening to this show for over a year and was so excited to finally put the scenes with the songs! The lead has a hard time with the high notes but overall wasn’t bad! Would definitely see this again!
Dear Evan Hanson was a phenomenal performance and one of my favorites now.
The storyline is gripping from start to finish. The cast is amazing! The music is so energetic. I would recommend this play to anyone and everyone. Thank you for an amazing time for my daughter and I to bond. We both loved it so much. I hope it's around next year so I can take some more family members.
It had been a while since I'd been to the Chrysler, so I was surprised at its run-down condition. The play was interesting, but I don't think I'd see it twice. The acting was wonderful, but the story is becoming overdone. I wish it had had a show-stopping tune, but I came away not humming anything like I usually do with musicals.
Good cast, good story. It shows the results of lies that have gone too far and long.
