Unbelievable performance
by Penguinpanini on 9/16/16Town Hall - New YorkRating: 5 out of 5Cynthia Erivo and Joshua Henry were both phenomenal in this one-night-only performance of this beautifully heart-wrenching show. They brought amazing vocal talent and incredible passion to the production. That by itself would have been enough to make the night fully worth it. But it was made all the more special by the fact that the genius composer, Jason Robert Brown, was conducting and playing piano (and gracing the audience with an introductory song), and the original Last Five Years cast members, Sherie Renee Scott and Norbert Leo Butz, introducing the show. And most of all, it was a benefit performance for a great cause. What an incredible night!
