Volusia Civic Ballet Tickets

This event should not be sold on Ticketmaster. At best it is a middle / high school production, very disappointing.

Our experience was such a delight. The cast was amazing , talent abound. As for me I have been to many performances New York, Boston etc. this troop is ready for Broadway!! My favorite was the Doll. She was out standing . So happy we attended.

The sound system in the Peabody Auditorium was awful. It was a total distraction from the ballet. It wasn’t clear, was often muffled, and distorted, and a total shame. The sound quality was awful, and way worse than even a mediocre movie theatre. The Peabody is showing its age and lack of attention. The open doors up front to the exits is also a distraction. Loved seeing a lit storage area the whole time.

This by far was the most exciting and most wonderfully performed, choreographed, and delightful of any Nutcracker shows that I have ever seen. Kudos and thanks to all the performers and to the director for all your hard work. It was awesome.

The performance was spectacular. I’ve been going to it as often as I can, and choreography was different every time. In the lobby, they had all kinds of items for purchase including souvenirs and sweets :-)

The 2 ballet dances at the end were the best .Otherwise I was not expecting so many children, don't get me wrong they were cute but not what I expected at the Peabody Theater

The play itself was simply beautifully done. My children enjoyed it as much as I did. However, the tea before hand was crowded, confusing, and stressful. I wouldn’t attend that again.

The performance was truly awesome and outstanding! All of the performers and dancers were phenomenal! I cried during the performance overcome with joy and delight to see the young people displaying such awesome talent and discipline. Thank you to all who made this ballet possible!

First time seeing the Nutcracker. It’s just not for me. I’m sure the performance was good.
