USA Basketball Tickets

Took my sons to the Team USA/PR game and it was a great experience. Parked in the green light, which is a short walk to the arena. Pleasantly surprised to be greeted by the free shuttle service who took us to the front of the arena. Warmly welcomed by a young man upon exiting the shuttle. My only gripe (and it's small) was the customer service at the metal detectors. A gentleman told me that because I didn't have a bag, we could walk to the no-bag check in line. As we approach the scans, I place my wallet in the box and the female security staffer sternly informed me that I need to go to the other line. I understand if she couldn't check my wallet since it has a zipper, but she could've relaxed a little bit. All in all, the experience was great, seats and price are RIDICULOUS. Concession lines were a little long, but hey, what can you do. Luckily we ate at Ben's before. I'm kicking myself that we didn't take advantage of this sooner, but will come back hopefully for a Go-Gos game

It was my first time at this venue. It was great. Not a bad seat in the house! The food was high quality and delicious....and cheaper than the bigger arenas. The game itself was great and the atmosphere was pretry electric! I would absolutely go to this event again!

The event was well organized, very fun and started right on time. I would recommend the venue to anyone.

My second time in the Entertainment & Sports Arena and I had a great time. The fans of the Puerto Rican team were the majority and were passionate about their team and that made for a great environment.

I have a great time on Sunday...atmosphere was good, people was friendly

So I bought tickets a month and a half in advance for the game. When I did so I purchased 4 tickets for section 103 Row A. The day before the actual game I received an email that my tickets were given away and I was being placed in section 109 Row N. How I went from Row A to row N without any compensation for the mistake made that I didn’t cause is the poorest of customer service. I will not be using Ticketmaster again. Despite the seat change, the arena is designed well, and the game was good.

The USA team is young and talented, but not the All Star team that we were hoping for. No Anthony Davis, not enough huge stars. Still, they were fun to watch and Spain was competitive to the end. Not sure if this bodes well for competition against much better teams. The seats were close (8 rows from the court), but they were behind the basket (which we knew), but did not realize that they are not tiered as steeply as typical seats and they are not staggered. So a tall person can sit directly in front of you and can block your view. And a really tall person two rows ahead can also block your view. Which they did. It’s unfortunate that we bought the tickets in a presale and comparable seats in the middle were not available for sale. Further, many of this seats were empty. Finally, we exited the parking lot quickly, but it took forever to park. The police were indiscriminate about letting folks make a left turn into the parking lot, even though there were clearly lanes open for those. They periodically moved people forward, blocking off the left turn lane, only to open it arbitrarily. Luckily, we were one of those fortunate folks. The parking attendants were slow and confused and the closest parking lanes were blocked, even though we were able to cut past the cones and find tons of spaces. Finally, we read that the arena had fast lines for those with no bags or those with clear bags that met their dimension requirements. Not true. All lines were long. Security folks were good and efficient but the number of folks made the lines long.

Unforgettable experience was one of the best games how I never sow before

The game was really great, one of the bests I've seen. The location of our seats was very close to the court. What I don't like are the prices, we purchase it early thinking it will be sold out when purchased late, when the NBA stars started to withdraw, the prices also started to drop very frustrating and we couldn't return it anymore. On the last second I was hoping we'll get an upgrade since our ticket price were already comparable to the court side but none. Lesson learned, hopefully ticketmaster has an option of upgrading our tickets since I believe there were still seats not sold on the court side.
