Trying to communicate w Ticketmaster was a nightmare! We accidentally bought 4 tickets and only needed 2. The whole system was very confusing.
The place had holes which i dropped some change on accidend. Then the sales area didnt have my size . The seats were dirty.
I want to say I believe I paid to much and I tried to get someone at Alomodone to help but they really acted like they didn’t know what I was asking but my friend didn’t pay as much as I did so I don’t understand why I paid so much. Everything was to much water was 6 plus and cokes where 7.04, I am a type 1 diabetic and don’t have a lot of money due to paying so much for insulin with no insurance and so had to go without anything to eat the whole time I was there, was not good at all, but really enjoyed watching my kids play.
The access was limited to half of the dome but there was minimal lines for the restrooms and concessions stand. The sound was great. The MCs between bands was rather loud using the mic system. The ac was on over drive especially in the evening half. Ticket verification to get in both sessions was easy and quick.
The event people were helpful, when asking a question. Clean bathrooms!!
Place was very clean, workers were polite and courteous. The only thing I didn’t like were the prices on the drinks and food! $6.00 for a water at that price I could’ve bought a whole case, not worth it.
Wow! Great venue to watch such hardworking kids demonstrating their craft. Easy entry/reentry. Organized. Terrific event.
The bands did a phenomenal job, the hosts and staff were friendly and very helpful, but unfortunately the only payment options at the concessions were with credit card and many of the kids only had cash. I wish the Alamodome would have had at least a couple of stands accepting cash payment.
The Alamodome was a spectacular venue for the best marching bands in the state.
