Prepare to be Thunderstruck!

Dynamic dance routines, barely-there costumes, state-of-the-art lighting and chiseled abs have been making women swoon for over 22 years. There is no doubt that the internationally-acclaimed male revue is the ultimate girls’ night out. The men of Australia’s Thunder from Down Under make every second count during 90 minutes of pulse-rising pleasure.

50 shades of men was MUCH better than this show. All the guys in this group were okay, they had choreographed dances, but nothing too exciting or unique. Not really a magic mike show or up to par. The girls they chose to dance up on or on stage were of all the same race. They didn't really include diversity - a turn off. Everything was just so rushed that you feel you couldn't enjoy the show. I'd rather spend my money elsewhere. I'd recommend 50 shades of men as it's more intimate, diversified, funnier, and more interactive!
Thunder from Down Under was an awesome show! Definitely recommend this for a girls night out. Best to get seats on the floor so you can get close to the dancers. We were sitting in the balcony and they came up there briefly which was a nice surprise and even went up to the balcony sections behind us. The night was so fun and I was standing the whole time! I would see them again for sure!
Thunder from down under was just okay. The men were lacking rhythm and looked awkward dancing as well as lacking synchronization.
I brought my gay best friend with me and he had an absolutely wonderful time at his first Thunder From Down Under show. Good choreography, great charisma, and excellent visuals. 10/10 will go again.
I thought this was to be more of a male review show than simply guys in semi-choreographed numbers with basic attire and no set design. I expected the dancing to be better - at least the guys should be in synch. The guys had amazing bods, of course, but they were all White. Do they not have Black, Latino, Asian, etc. guys in Aussie? And what about some late 30s/40-something men? Equal-opportunity stripping please! ;-P Being early-40s (and speaking for myself), its tough to be excited for guys who look like they are only 5 years older than my high schoolers. Just saying. On the plus, there were several themes - firefighter, military, cowboy, jungle, others - which was good and expected. The guys came out into the audience often, and went into the balconies during the closing number only. They brought a few women on stage - two for an “on the chair then on the floor” routine :-0 , and then three volunteered to go on stage without knowing they would be part of a fake O contest. The only prop was a chair on stage and a big screen that played videos before the show started. They could have had a simple, sparkly backdrop/curtain that would have made it look nicer/more professional. Overall, it was a fun night with the girls, but a little too raunchy for us married ladies with children. (I really don’t want someone else’s junk that close to me - LOL!) Those in their late 20s/early 30s seemed to love it. Audience was mostly younger but there were 40s/50s/60s in the audience. (Note - no paper money was given by audience and none requested by announcer. So no need for singles, ladies & gents!
They were decent dancers. I thought they should have played more upbeat music to get me pumped. They have nice bodies, and small packages. Overall, I was entertained.
The only thing is they should pay attention to the people in the back of the room too!
The show was amazing and very interactive! If you're worried about having a seat in the back, no need because these guys are all over and you'll have a great time wherever you sit! They are also very down to earth and sweet! I had my picture taken with them and each of them spoke to me and made sure I enjoyed myself. It was my second time seeing them, but definitely not the last!
Went to see Thunder for a girls night, was expecting to see more of what the picture looked like. The Guys were so young, I’m 32 but these seemed to be like early 20 year olds. They also were very skinny.. was expecting more buff. The show was entertaining and it’s something I can cross off my bucket list. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to go to say they have been. Don’t get your tickets up front, the guys are more likely to pay more attention to you if you’re in the middle to back rows. Front row didn’t get any upfront one on one action. (Just a little tip.)
This show was so much fun! Great humor and awesome dancing! If any ladies are looking for a good time look no farther!!
You will not be disappointed, let me telllll you ;) perfect ladies night out, total strip tease but also tasteful. These boys can dance, they are super dedicated to what they do! We really enjoyed the show, we will come see them again!
It was so fun to see them do their thing!! Super sexy guys! Best girls night ever! I do wish though that they would of went more into the crowd and pulled more girls up for personal dances and all. Specially the ladies in the center section. Paid more then the other ladies to have that up close experience, so I just wish me or one of my girls could of actually touched one of the guys...but other then that it was an awesome and super sexy show!! Loved it!
Cannot wait for the next one!!! I had a blast!!! A must see!!!
Sat in the cheaper seats which wouldn’t normally be bad, but rows of people stood up in front of me for a lot of the show. I was not able to see and enjoy the show. Security should have been more aggressive in asking people to be more courteous to others behind them.
Maybe it’s just me, but after thre second song I was over it. Watching the same men pretty much do the same routine over and over got old quick.
A large part of the show was spent in the back audience of the venue, as opposed to on stage and the monitors did not do any justice for the performance. Also disappointing, only 5 guys plus the emcee??? Come on.....expected a few more participants than that!!
Loved it! What girl wouldn't?? Ran just about 2 hrs
We had a lot of fun. The ladies in in front of us stood most of the time making it hard to see the stage. Other than that it was a fun experience.
I've always loved Watchung Thunder From Down Under!!! Cobbs is definitely a great.place to host a show like this!!!
