Venue
This show was held in the wrong venue. The concept hall was too big so it was difficult to hear or understand the singers. It was very disappointing.
This show was not good. The sound was subpar and the performers were less than impressive, specifically the female group. We left before the end of the show. Very disappointing .
My friends and I had looked forward to a great songs with awesome singers. The ladies were simply awful. The guys were better, but apparently there was a sound issue as we couldn’t understand the words when they sang. It was not an enjoyable evening! There was no encore because people started walking as soon as they stopped playing. The people seated around us voiced the same opinions. We wasted our money on this.
The acoustics were very poor. In several cases could not understand when people were speaking what they were saying. The quality of the female performers was extremely poor. Would have expected the men to be more in sync and showmen with how the real Temptations performed. They were anything but. Below par all around.
Could not understand them. People were complaining saying if we didn't already know the words we would have left.
I have seen better Motown Review shows. Some of the male singers were OK. The female singers were barely audible and out of tune.
Not well organized. The sound acoustics were terrible!
The female singers were offkey and their sound was more screaming than singing. The male singers were good enough but the band sound overwhelmed them depriving me of enjoying their harmony and talent.
Motown Magic was the WORST show that I have ever attended. The singers could not carry a tune and were totally off key. The band carried them. The sound system was terrible. I couldn't believe that I actually paid money to see this show. It was HORRIBLE.
The men were great, the women vocalist left a little to be desired. The band was tool loud, and over- noised the singers. But it was decent for the price.
