The different performers each had their own sort of charisma and they both did well performing George’s greatest hits. Too bad the show was for one night only.

I thought this would be like a musical with actors and singing George Michael music while telling his life. It was actually a concert and really quick information about his life. A couple songs that were song were not my favorite. George Michael was deep. I wish I could have heard more of the richest songs from his adult life. Listen to "Ladies and Gentlemen, The Best of George Michael. I miss you GM.

by Mickey on 10/28/24The National Theatre - WashingtonThere was a lot of energy in the show and the audience participation made it feel like a 2 hour karaoke session! The band was amazing, especially the guy playing bass! Would recommend for fans of George Michael’s music!

by David H on 10/28/24The National Theatre - WashingtonThe music was great but overall a bit disappointing as there was very little about his life and some of the music was out of sequence or wasn’t given context. So basically it was just a good performance by a tribute band.

I’m not sure who decided what songs to sing but the choices were terrible. At least 50% of the songs I did not know - 6 of us went and we all agreed on this. George Michael has so many hits, why weren’t all of these done instead?
