Opening act was decent, then Distillers came out. Nothing but strobe backlights, killed the overall experience. Couldn’t focus on the band so had to watch the audience. They sounded decent; couldn’t fault them for spring in and out of songs.
Great show not sure about opening bands but the distillers never disappoint!!
The opening bands were terrible but the Distillers were great. My only complaint was that at times it seemed just like a wall of sound coming at me, like the mix was just turned up to 11.
Great show, that's it. The band was great, there was plenty of space. good drinks and merch.
Distillers always puts on a good show. Opening bands Star Crawler and LA Witch were different not anything I would listen to or expect to open but they were ok. Hollywood Palladium is a great venue. Big issue is Ticketmaster's huge service charge per ticket it's outrageous!

Been to this venue a couple of times. Had an awesome time at The Distillers show!
In all the show was good, but after the first song something happened to the drum sound. It became blown out and distorted.
The Distillers put on the most energetic shows I have ever seen. The crowd was going absolutely nuts for them as they played hit after hit and took over the whole venue. The air was electric, the pit was full of animals, the show was amazing.
I never got to see The Distillers when I was younger. When they stopped playing, I was so bummed. But I finally got my chance with this reunion tour. The Palladium is a crappy venue IMO because the sound sucks in a lot of areas to the side. BUT The Distillers were amazing! They sounds just like they used to, if not better. Every song was like a little time travel to junior high. I can't wait to see them again!
