Super fun!! Good venue!! Big business was great too!!
First I’d like to say how impressed I was with Big Business. Great show. Now on to MCD. Once again a stellar performance. They played songs from all over there catalog. As always o just wanted them to play a little longer. Best band you never heard of!
Murder City Devils killed it! Put on a high energy show.
I thought the set was weak. They seemed like they were not really into the performance. They did not play an encore which was disappointing, especially after the effort people made to get there in the snow storm. Should have gone to see Queensryche at the Palladium.
We traveled in the middle of a snowstorm because we couldn't miss the event. Murder City Devils puts on an awesome show. The opening band, Zip-Tie Handcuffs, might be the best band I have ever seen live. I will definitely be going to more of their local shows in the future!! The show was absolutely worth risking my life to see!
With their new (?) drummer, the MCD were at peak form, and ready to go at at, song after song. Their keyboardist looked especially chic as she stepped off to the side to have a smoke or two during numbers she wasn't playing (lucky girl!). Wish they're played "Boom Swagger Boom", but alas, 'tis was not too be. But they rocked our faces off anyways. Wish the lead singer had stayed a bit more sober (if that's what it was - it could just have been getting into character) throughout the set. But it was a rockin' good time and I'd go again in a heartbeat. Just stop announcing "It's our last show, man" please, and get out there and rock instead!
This band almost never comes to the east coast, if you have the chance to see them do not let it pass up. Thier music and the energy at the show was great. I would go see this band again without any hesitation. The venue was very nice and convenient to get to by the T, and they let you go out side and come back in to smoke without a hassle.
Incredible show by one of the few truly great bands of the past decade.
Let me say I love this band, I do. Seeing them now made me understand just how great they were when I first started going to see them in like 98 or something. He was always drunk but could pull it off and sound good. Now , ughh at least they have some money I guess from those ticket sales becuase they sounded messy and all he did was sream the lyrics. People who didn't know any better were having a great time it seemed.
