Good team seats were great all you would need. Crowds are not that bad

The Crunch is always a fun time. It's amazing the bad reviews left by the disappointed Rochester fans. I have seen a lot of hockey at a lot of places in my lie and while it's not quite NHL quality, the Syracuse Crunch and the Onondaga County War Memorial are among the better teams and places in the country. We sat, for the first time, on the stage. The view was great, we sat right next to the goal judge, but the sound is not designed to hit over there, it did take away from the experience, but it was still great. And a great value. The area around the arena only has a few decent bars and restaurants, but it's very close to Armory Square and the University.

Parking was easy and plentiful right near the venue. Venue was okay. Seats were roomy. However, the one of the toilets overflowed in the women's bathroom and the floor was wet throughout the whole game. It was disgusting and should have been cleaned during the game, especially because it was a long game that went into overtime. Also, our seats were in section 124 which are great seats, except when the players are going through the tunnel you are stuck in your section. There should be an alternative to get out at that time. I'm sure there's an emergency route but it's an inconvenience to have to wait to get to the bathroom, food lines, etc.

Screw the crunch. If you want to watch hockey go over to Rochester and watch the Americans

Seats were good. Food was less than adequate as they closed all vending after the start of the 3rd period. 2 overtime game and you couldn't even by a Coke. Sound system was poor. Ice and ice maintenance was even poorer. I don't understand how the AHL even allows play in that building.

We had real good seats. Getting in and out was quick and easy. Ushers were friendly and knowledgeable. Only negative was we bought pretzels at a stand and they may have been the worst stadium food I’ve ever purchased.

The entire experience from watching our local Syracuse Crunch was amazing from start to finish. The whole game was intense and we were constantly on our toes. We had awesome seats for just the right price. We couldn't have asked for better seating (Second row (Syracuse Crunch SOG x2). P.S. And the Syracuse Crunch won 4-2 ??

When to see Syracuse Chruch vs Rochester Americans very satisfying game.

Good game, but they no longer serve ANY regular lager beer at the venue. Will not be going back until they correct this.
