Great game, great production, great venue. The seats sucked as we had no way of seeing the video monitor.
Great environment. Friendly staff. This is a new arena, but they do a great job at taking suggestions for improvement and have showed great improvement on a consistent basis since the opening.
Acrisure has no parking indicators allowing guests to know what section or area they've parked their car. In leaving the venue it's much more difficult to locate your car than it needs to be - people are wandering around like Zombie's clicking their key fobs trying to locate their cars. It's ridiculous. Every arena/stadium and airport in the United States has parking markers on poles or stanchions to allow guests to know where they've parked their automobiles. Acrisure --Fix It!!
The final home game for the Calder Cup was exhilarating and Acrisure Arena is the best thing that has happened to Coachella Valley in the last 20 years! Driving to the parking lot and entering the arena was very organized, while driving away from the arena can stand to use some more organization and improvements, but during sold out events, delays are expected. Food and beverage options are great with little waiting in lines. Overall excellent atmosphere with very friendly and professional staff.
Tickets are reasonable, parking is a ripoff, & concessions expensive
Snagged GREAT seats for the 4th game, and at a very reasonable price that was actually affordable. The two teams are SO well paired. Of course, the Firebirds will prove to be better. ?? Go birds! But even if the Bears get the better of them this year, they’re young, got a great playhouse, got great, loyal fans who love them (no fair weather Fuegos around here!) and in only their second year they’re AGAIN on FIRE! No matter this year’s ending, we’re VERY proud of them all. Go Firebirds!????
Love our cv firebirds ???????? Best team in the best arena
The Coachella Valley Firebirds are the primary minor hockey affiliate of the NHL’s Seattle Kraken and play their home games at Acrisure Arena in Palm Desert, CA. It’s a great arena with a terrific fanbase. Price may be an issue for some when catching a Firebirds home game. General Parking is $40 and concession items are marked up. But if you can afford higher prices for minor league hockey then you are in for a treat. Very comfortable building, clean and safe.
I love the whole experience. Hockey is a great sport, And great to watch Live. The arena is Awesome with everything you need to enjoy the night.
Kudos to the Firebirds organization. They have done a great job growing a solid and enthusiastic fanbase. The energy in the arena is fantastic. Their fans are engaged and excited about the team. I didn't sample the concessions but there were lots of options. The team merch is abundant and even includes items from their parent club the Seattle Kraken. The only thing that kept this from being a 5 star review is the parking situation. Getting in, super easy but the price felt like a gouge. $40 to park, because theirs is the only place to park for a couple miles. Getting out, painfully slow because there is only one road main road passing the arena till more gets built north of them. Anticipate 45 minutes to an hour to get on your way home. Some fans are clearly used to this and take the opportunity to tailgate after the game. All in all I'd still recommend going. It's well worth the time.
