I had just as much fun at this as my kids did! I was so impressed with the quick wit of Lee and the talent and sweet comedy on stage. My only small complaint is that it was very short- less than an hour. This cost $230 to bring my 4 kids and it was a much shorter experience than I thought it would be.
I loved the stories and interactivity with the audience (kids). Worth the time and money.
It was wonderful. My kids loved it & they performed some classics!
Great to see the songs performed live. The improv named “Story Pirates Story Creation Zone” was so fun for the kids.
The kids (and the service dog) loved the show! Mom did too! Thanks, Story Pirates, for a super fun evening and making our family feel so special with the photo op at the end.
Really good. I liked when we went to the Story Creation Zone and Andrew kept interrupting. (The parents really enjoyed it too.)
What an inspiring, interactive, blast of a concert experience! We entered the Wiltern, immediately feeling like royalty in the fancy venue with ceilings that looked like a queen's crown, and were told "free gifts for everyone!" The kiddos donned their new kitty headbands and the adults fans held our new auction-esque "Snacks" signs- proudly I may add. After a quick look around, we found our seats in the mezzanine, climbing a princess-like staircase to get there. The concert started, our eyes were wide in size, and our smiles were bigger than our faces! We sang along, energetically raised our hands for Peter to call on us during the story-writing audience collaboration, and laughed hysterically at the whip cream falling off the faces of the Story Pirates during the fundraising event! Amazing show! But the fun wasn't over! We took pictures in front of the show announcement board in the lobby, were given free Story Pirates pins and stickers offered by the friendly staff, and collected our merch- a new Story Pirates journal for our own creative writing! So, in summary, we experienced a joy beyond joy- more than we even imagined we would! So grateful for this life and for the Story Pirates live in concert!!
