We took our 4 year old grandson Isaac to the show, and he was mesmerized from start to finish. He did not realize he was watching puppets. It was wonderful that, at the end, they showed how they achieved the effects they did, moved the scenery around, how they moved the puppets, etc. For four year olds, this was an ideal and memorable way to spend an hour.
I have a two and a half year old and he thoroughly enjoyed the Rainbow Fish Show. The characters were bright and engaging and the stories were told at an appropriate pace for him to follow. Thank you for making this a great educational and entertaining experience for him! He’s still talking about it!
Awesome show!! The kids 3-6yo loves it. My son got to ask a question first after the show. Clean and the staff was nice a friendly. It was an amazing experience my my boys and myself.
Show was very cute. The puppet work was wonderful but the show is very short (45 mins total with no break) and that is perfect for little ones. Great show for first time theater goers. But I'm not sure the show was worth the ticket price. I've been to better kids shows at local colleges for half the price.
The show tells the two stories using puppets in a visually stunning way. While it was a little slow moving, it did keep the attention of my preschool aged son. I wouldn't recommend this show to families with children younger than preschool because I don't think it would hold their attention.
Being as there was limited vocabulary other than the storytelling I was concerned about how my toddler would behave during the performance. But the actor's made the bunnies and characters seems so Lively she was captivated the entire time!
Took my four year old daughter to "Goodnight Moon/Runaway Bunny." We had a wonderful time. The plays were great and well timed for such a young audience. The theater company really understood young kids and it was a great way to introduce her to the theater. She could just be her wiggly, inquisitive self. The activities before the show were fun. The lines moved fast and we were able to take in most activities. The activities themselves were well managed and orderly. Usually events with kids this young get chaotic and people get pushy. This was the most civilized kid event I've gone to. It was fun and not stressful.
This puppet show was the story come to life. True to the book's illustrations, and beyond what I expected. My daughter can't stop talking about it and wants to go see it again. please come back to New Jersey or New York!
This show was great for little kids. My children, 5 and 3 really loved the show. It was the right length of time, about 1 hour and the puppetry was easy to see, paced just right and entertaining. I would recommend this theater group!
