Originating in Bloomington, IN, Six Foot Blonde is quickly becoming a Midwestern staple in the indie-pop space. Originally a local college band, the six piece group transformed into a national touring act within a year and a half. Now headlining midwestern tours, this band of college students have engaged full audiences at venues like The HI-FI Annex, Martyr’s, Schubas Tavern, and The Vogue.
The group fuses pop melodies and rhythms with soul-inspired vocals and slide guitar, drawing inspiration from artists like Theo Katzman and Couch. Live shows are where they shine. Their tight knit, energetic friendship on stage makes for a danceable, memorable experience for each audience member.
