Very fun, haven’t gone to many rave’s but this was definitely my favorite so far. DJ was very lively, interactive with the crowd, & played only the best ?? many songs from throughout the Shrek movies but also other amazing hits! Definitely gonna go again if it comes back to Reading!

First rave. Had a great time, met a load of great people. :)
I had so much fun! I will say that the music was quiet at some points so maybe just that and more themed mixes
It was a fun experience! I went sober with a group of friends and we danced in the front dancefloor the full time. I appreciated that due to the "silly"theme, people got excited for any recognizable song. There was one song I absolutely didn't expect, and if it was anywhere else people probably would have thought it was insane, but because of the atmosphere people went crazy excited instead. I appreciated that, because sometimes I go to events where my friends are too judgmental about playing "basic"songs or stuff like that. The crowd was pretty girl, we got a dance circle going at one point, and of course lots of jumping though it wasn't too crowded that I could also dance normally when I wanted to. There were times when I thought the DJ put too much dubstep in places where the song itself would've been better, but there were other times where it super amplified the experience. My criticisms: I wish they had more visuals, as they started repeating very early on. I also thought the security guy telling you which gender bathroom to go in was funny, but I honestly appreciated not having to figure it out myself so it wasn't too weird. We were a bit frustrated that we didn't know what time the event would end. Additionally, I wish there was maybe a sign at the bar saying where to find water, as it was too loud to understand where the bartender was telling me to go, but it wasn't too hard to find eventually.
My roommate and I went to this expecting a fun night out and we got one of the best nights out we've ever had in the year we've lived in Boston. We even attended completely sober and still had so much fun. The venue wasn't overly crowded but was still packed with people in costume (us included) and the djs was one of the best we've listened to. Highly recommend to those who don't love the close quarters of 'real' raves, those who are looking for a reason to dress up outside of Halloween, and/or those who enjoy some good EDM and trippy visuals.
I didn’t know what to expect and ended up having an amazing time. The music was great and Smash Mouth made a guests distance. Everyone was there dressed up and having a great time. Would do again.
It was my first time going to shrek rave and I had so much fun! The energy their was great and I loved the green light up foam blocks they gave us- I will definitely be going back!
I had a lot of fun, the music and vibes were great! I was just confused on one thing, being sent back to my car because I couldn’t bring my vape inside..although the people next to me were snorting coke all night long. I think vapes should be an acceptable item for events, especially at a “rave”
