….They apply to be a bouncer. Last Saturday Brooklyn bowl and was declined my entry because I had a vape. I will be 21 in three months, And even though we put them back in the car, This bouncer has such an ego to lie to his own boss saying that we had alcohol, and forced us out. Wasted $60 between the two of us and Ended up having a great time around the corner at the roar.
Was dead “empty” . Upon entry if you had certain belts , vapes or rave accessories you was denied entry…
The DJs are amazing, the people are sweet and non judgmental, trust me when I say this is the second time I’ve went and it was still so much fun ??
Best rave I've been too, granted I have only been to three raves, the others being Shrek raves. The DJ at this one tho did not miss with a single song. I had also managed to convince my mom(59) to come to this rave with me. I think she might be addicted to raves now cause she immediately wanted to go to another one.
Great people. Great staff. Silly funny! I love it. I like how they mix up the EDM so it's not all one version over and over
Audience was great and came prepared to jam out to some SpongeBob and deep sea tunes. However, the DJ completely blew it and only played a handful of on-theme songs. Felt extremely random and only played what he felt like playing in the moment, not paying attention to what the audience wanted. People left earlier because of this. My group made the best of the night, but it was really not as advertised. Get a new DJ and give the people what we came for.
Shrek Rave was waaaay better. BBR was just one single DJ the graphics on the screen didn't even stick to SpongeBob theme, no performers..dj never even talked/hyped us up...its a super cool idea and theme but the show could have been better
Rave was fun, & unexpected. People were allowed to come up stage & dance :) Rating 4 stars only because the show was only 2 hours long:(
This was fun. Except it ended at 11pm and started at 9pm. 2 hours is not a rave just saying. Other than that it was fun! Music was good but there was only 1 dj.
First off I have to say I was highly disappointed it ended an hour before it was supposed to. They had 3 DJs play. The first one was pretty good. I feel right when he was in the groove his set was over. The other 2 were decent but kept playing music that wanted to make me just sit and chill, not dance it out. The venue is nice. I've been to several shows at the echo longe. The staff is cool. However there is always so many drinks spilt on the dance floor and it doesn't get cleaned up at all so you can't even dance on the dance floor with out your shoes being all kinds of sticky. I understand that's just how shows can be but it was just kind of a, why? Moment. Alot of people left early, and then as I said at the top of this post, it ended a whole hour earlier than advertised, and it was very abrupt. Legit music cut off (we were outside in the court yard area) staff comes out and says shows over you gotta leave. And that was it. In my personal opinion, this show was not worth the $
