Enjoyed the game, but found the food options are really poor. Lots of places to buy beer, but unless you want hotdogs, burgers, or nachos, your food options are limited. Even the PizzaHut concession only had two types of pizza, with virtually no options for anyone that does not eat meat (no cheese pizzas stocked). Take a clue from the United Center and offer some healthy options!

Going to the ice House home home opener since it's inception has always been a treat ! However,since they've done several changes to my arena, the BMO Harris Arena , I found the sinks in the bathroom, half were not working and the paper towels were working at 50% also .The prices are going astronomical! I would have given this review a five but, the management really needs to taper back on the concession prices. we're not all rich people in this town. I realize Ticket master has no control over that otherwise ,I would have given this review five stars . All in all, let's go Ice Hogs!

Rockford Ice Hogs put on a good product. Hockey team is good, music is loud, video board and intermission entertainment is entertaining and they have BEER !!!! Check them out, you will have a great time.

The games are truly enjoyable but prices for a soda are pretty expensive.at least give people a little bigger cup for the prices.

This was our first game and it was a great time! We are familiar with some of the players that have played a bit with the Blackhawks. We got to see some of the nuances of the team. The first thing was all the people with the bells. One other thing was when there was the announcement for one minute left in the period, EVERYONE said Thank You! The announcer replied You're Welcome! It was pretty funny!! The staff at the arena were all very polite and professional. The intermission entertainment was great as well. If you can make the trek, It is definitely a great time!!

This was my first time ever at a hockey game. I came here because tickets were cheap, im on a budget and wanted to do something. To also get a sense of what it'll be like if i went to a Blackhawks game. I bought the cheapest ticket and still had good view. Actually, any seat in there is good view. The team defense suck, but i still enjoyed the game and plan to come back again with family and friends for an outing on a budget. The food of course isnt cheap, but they have plenty of mini food areas with different type of foods. Trying to find parking was erractic, well, more so waiting in a long line to get into a garage. Try to get there over 1hr before the game. I went on Saturday, so maybe thats why it was crowded.

Icehogs game are always a good time for my family. However my only complaint, and for every other venue doing it, is the cashless system. Now everytime my kids decide they want something i have to get up with them to purchase it. They are plenty old enough for me to give them a 20 and let them make the purchase. But now you have to use a card. If a friend invites them to the game now you cant just simply give them money and go. It is a pain, it isnt faster, and dont feel its necessarily any more secure. The saving grace i suppose is we just didnt spend as much as we normally would and will continue to spend less because of the hassle.

The hockey game was very good. However the events person did not know what to do with our ticket and almost refused us entry. I told him there was a chip in the ticket that could be scanned and he looked at me like I was insane. But sure enough when we held the ticket to the chip reader it let us in. People at this venue may need some training to know what to do with Ticketmaster tickets

Very enjoyable experience. Enjoyable entertainment on and off the ice.
