For a few years we wanted to do the Monsters On the Beach show but getting the tickets was always tricky; we also waited until few days before the show. This year we were on a mission with the kids, we got tickets and so we went. The boys had lots of fun, the show was well worth the time and money spent to get to it. We had a phenomenal day and will be doing again next year god's will! Thank you all involved in making this happen, from the staff to the drivers and everyone involved, know that at least here you've earned another fun for years to come. God Bless and we'll see you next time you all are in town.
We enjoyed monsters on the beach even in the rain. The only thing that could have been better is how you get your wrist band. We had to go past the entrance to wait in a long line to get wrist bands then walk back to the entrance. This is not how things were done in the past. In the past we were able to have our tickets scanned at the entrance and given our bands. I think if they could have 2 tables set up on either side before the entrance could have been beneficial. It would reduce the length of the line.
It was a lot of fun as soon as it started it finally was done raining. All of the monster trucks were full throttle off the wall cool. My friends and I had a good time
The rain definitely didn't help, but the line to get a wristband for entry was insane. It was literally several blocks long. The show started and the line was still blocks down the boardwalk. Once we finally got in, there was almost nowhere to sit..and still sooo many people waiting to get in. We squeezed into a spot and lasted about 30 minutes before we decided to leave. The show seemed pretty cool from what we saw, but not worth the money at all.
The email with checkin info was sent out two hours before start time. people are not checking email so close to the show, they are driving. Email should be sent out one or two days prior. All the late people were such a big distraction for the show. If you come in late there should be a different entrance so we don’t have to watch hundreds of people walk in last min. There wasn’t much seating. There was way more positive than negative. Im Glad they had more monster trucks this year because most trucks were broken during Sunday’s show last year. I also like the drivers signing items in the tent versus next to the trucks so I don’t have to wait in a long line to take pics of the trucks. I Like talking to multiple drivers at once. The show was amazing! Need the show to keep coming every year!
We had some gross weather, but we would do it all over again and not change a thing. This show was our first Monster truck show and the kids (4 and 6) and the adults loved it! We will be back next year!
We bought our tickets online, got there an hour earlier than the time for the show which was at noon. They said we still had to go though the line to get a wrist band. It was after 1 pm, and we still had made it into the show. Only two people checking thousands in. I wasn’t able to see ANY of the show I paid for. Absolutely ridiculous!!
My family of four went to Monsters on the Beach for the 7:30 show on Saturday night. The weather was rough starting out. We got soaked getting our wristbands but when we got to the stands, the rain finally stopped. The announcer is always great. I appreciated the fact that they expressed appreciation for our military and first responders. I also appreciated the fact that they played the National Anthem. Watching the tough trucks was awesome. Some went all out and broke their trucks while others played it safe to move on. The Monster truck performance was pretty awesome. The only negative is that they had some mechanical issues that slowed down the continuity of the show. Overall is was a great performance. The people in the stands were all nice and friendly with each other. Hope the show has better weather next year and we plan to go again! Kudos to PUNGO OFFROAD for bringing this together!
It was rainy and very cold, not the event holders fault, but we did not stay for the whole show. I did purchase VIP tickets and the directions on how to check in were unclear so we didn’t get out extra promotional items, meet the drivers or see the trucks up close.
