Colonial Downs Live Racing Tickets

We had a great experience. Very family friendly atmosphere. Food at the concession stand could have been better (warmer),for the price but Rosie's Kitchen made up for that!

Outdoor Reserved Seats are awesome. Great view of the track, the stretch and the finish. (Indoor dining seats looked good too.) High caliber racing with several thrilling, close finishes. Couldn't think of a better place to be on a Saturday.

We had a blast. Seating was good with outdoor access close to table. The food was marginally ok. Wine list excellent.

It could've been great but they definitely missed the mark in the Jockey Club. You pay for a better experience than general admission but it wasn't. Most of the food was terrible. They brought out burnt fries that we had to send back. The cheese was cold on the nachos. It was an "upscale"experience with general admission food. Like everywhere, they didn't have enough staff so it was slow. Our waitress was nice but she definitely showed how much she disliked her job. Positives: The jumbo pretzel was good, it was nice to be in the a/c and our table was on the glass at the finish line.

We bought last minute tickets to Colonial Downs to see the Wiener Dog Races! We decided to get reserved tickets at the 4th floor bar, 1609. Tickets were very reasonable, and the service was amazing. Separate entrance, private betting area, no busy at all. Great experience. The only way to see horse (and puppy) racing. Will definitely be back.

Everything about Colonial Downs was top notch. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Track facility was clean. Three days of fun entertainment.

Been many years since I have been to the pony races. It was so much fun, looking forward to the extended 2025 season. Everyone there was extremely nice and helpful, since it was our 1st time to the track.
