Pod Save America Tickets

Pros: I got to say I went to Pod Save America Cons: 1. Many audience members had to ask each other what was said. Could have offered closed captioning in the world of AI. 2. Claim inclusivity but did not use close captioning did not use names or have name plates up so we could understand who was speaking or for those of who didn’t know Erin so we could get to know her 3. As we entered the venue, there were Harris/Biden staffers asking SOME people if they wanted to go to Milwaukee on Tuesday to hear Harris speak. We were noticeably skipped. As one of the few Black participants it was painfully obvious and quite frankly sad to see the staffers so uncomfortable around Black people. 4. There was one part of the event where one of the guys played a game where he drinks milk even though he is lactose intolerant. An older gentleman brought the milk out earlier than he wanted and he shamefully shooed the man away. It was again embarrassing. The man was old enough to be his dad. Overall, not a great use of time. But hey, now I know.

The PSA guys bring humor to thoughtful conversations about politics. It was great to see them in person.

The Boston show was on point! The Crooked crew was wonderful, the Governor was great, and the format was excellent! I would look forward to seeing them again should they return to Boston

I have listened to PSA since the beginning. Almost 8 years now. They are already so brilliant, quick, sharp, creative, and hilarious when I listen to them in the audio-only medium... How can they come across as even more brilliant than they already do? I don't know. But in person, they did. So much incisive wit and insight packed into normal-size bodies. Are we sure they are human? Or a more advanced and intelligent species perhaps? I hope they all run for office. We need them in decision-making positions. Thanks Crooked. Love u. Oh btw I bought their new book: Democracy Or Else. I was peeing-in-my-pants laughing already from reading the book jacket. Let alone the prologue/preamble. Rare combination of funny and educational. Solid gold stuff.

Show was awesome! So glad they came to Boston. Theatre was great, staff was fabulous.

Love Pod Save America and it was great to see them at one of my favorite venues. My only complaint is about the drink prices. I expect them to be expensive at any event. But one beer, one can of wine or seltzer or something and one water was $50 after the tip. That is insane. Otherwise it was fun and I hope to be back soon (although might skip the drinks next time).

Pod Save America in person. What could be better? All four hosts plus special guests. These guys know their stuff and communicate it well and in an entertaining way. It was a bit difficult to understand Jon Favreau. I don’t know it that had anything to do with him wearing vs holding a mic. For members of the panel, it would be great if there was as little overlap as possible with their comments and audience applause because I value everything they say.

I listen to Pod Save America every week, and it was extra special to see them live. Pod guys were super, Lovett was great as always, and really terrific guests. Seats were in the balcony and had a great view.
