Ohana Festival Tickets

I would leave a zero star. Reason to buy through Ticketmaster is to be able to sell if I could not make it. I am in Arizona, could not make it for personal reasons and was unable to sell my ticket. For some reason it was not mailed and at will call and I am in a different state and could not pick up the ticket and neither could anyone else. I lost $300 thinking I was safe if something g came up. I had purchased my ticket in May. Very disappointed, out $300 and saw no concert. Not to mention the headache trying to figure it all out. Big joke! Never again! I go every year before this.

This is how a festival should be done, many thanks for a good and safe space to hear storytellers and their first hand adventures on and saving our oceans. The music acts and the sound quality was excellent! I wore ear plugs for music as it was loud, but made it through 3 days without adverse events. The big monitors were crisp and clear and you could see the performers from anywhere in the festival. The water on site with bring your own bottle worked well, there were far less plastic water bottles dumped around, and available organic/recycle/waste bins kept the area clean, along with the many volunteers picking up rubbish. The only negatives I had was around the alcohol sponsorship, vending and use, and fewer options for non-alcoholic beverages. There were many options though, so thankful for that. On the first day finding the exit was a bit tough, and a long walk out and around to the bike valet. Exit 2 once open had easy access to the bike valet once open. The bike valet was a breeze, and directly behind restrooms and easy access to the Creekside bike trail that runs up to safe parking and park areas for riding in to the festival.

Seeing Stevie Nicks in concert was a bucket list item and what better way to do it than by the beach, in an outdoor, laid back setting. Ohana has great vibes and a cool atmosphere but my two complaints have to do with the restroom and concession lines. Lines were ridiculous long so sadly we spent a good chunk of time waiting in line when we would have rather been enjoying the show or hanging with friends. Most lines had waits of 30-45 minutes! My boyfriend and his friend even had someone offer to buy them 4 drinks at $16 a pop just so they could cut in line and avoid the wait!

It is so great to be outside, be able to see the ocean and listen to great music. The art installations are always incredible and I think VIP is worth it for the bathrooms and short drink lines. I will definitely go again!

VIP seating way off stage (like 200 feet back left of the stage). Mandatory shuttle buses required VIP go to be last in line to leave so took over an hour.

It was nice being outside. Fans were super aggressive and pushing forward. Had to move back for personal space .. Yikes

The event was great, don't get me wrong and I will probably go again next year, but I feel ripped off. Ater day 3 (Pearl Jam) being sold out, Ticketmaster charged 3.3x the original price. I payed it, since I considered this to be true. A few weeks pass by and Ohana Encore is announced: two more PJ shows. and the week of the festival, it was annunced that there were still tickets left for Ohana (how is this so?). I even asked at the gate what the price was for day 3: the original price. To be fair, the pandemic shook things up a lot, but it would be great to get a refund for the extra $ I payed.

Enjoyed all the bands , food and shopping Beach was amazing can’t wait To go again .
