I loved that he shared the spotlight w other people. I enjoyed him sharing about himself. He was hysterical and a real person. His opening act Eunice Elliott was wonderful! I also enjoyed how he pokes fun at himself and so vulnerable on stage. Great night filled w creative perspectives!

Let me just start off by saying I had a good time and laughed lots…HOWEVER!!! And Matt honey I hope you read this… Matt prefaced the show by saying he wasn’t going to talk about the farm life and his animals BUT that it his niche, it’s why we love him. It’s why he is special and different. There was time in the set to talk about so many topics! We don’t care about Ozempic… it felt like a waste of time to even ask people about it. There were obviously straight men there to support you voluntarily or not and I know Matt said he was going to offend people but he had a unique opportunity to really win over fans and have people leave obsessed with him and invested. I felt like he wasted that opportunity. Lastly, I felt like Matt relied heavily on the word b*%#! Which was kinda sad. It just fell flat and while funny at times it felt tired by the end of the set. I’m a fan and I would go see him again. He’s a new comedian still finding his place. I just hope for growth. New level ish!! Go Matt

10/10 recommend, Matt Mathews was top tier and Eunice Elliott was amazing as well. My sisters and I had so much fun. Would attend all over again if we had the chance.

Matt was very entertaining, energetic, cute , loves his husband and animals. He gives people’s confidence a boost. I enjoyed being a vip and getting pictures ! Thanks Matt for a great show.

My husband and I had a GREAT time at Matt's show. We've not laughed that hard in years. We've seen many top act comedians through the years and he outshined many of them.

I haven’t laughed until my belly hurt in a LONG time. If you haven’t seen Matt, you are missing out! I hate I didn’t see a section for meet and greet when I purchased. But, his show was WORTH EVERY PENNY!!

Had the best time at the show. Alabama Theater is beautiful. Matt Mathews nailed it! Seats were great and everyone was hyped and having a great time.

We were sitting so high. We were unable to understand nor we could see him. The acoustic was terrible. We went there for nothing. Was so horrible, the seat pinched me on my butt, just not a good event all together. On the end i felt like is more about merchandise sale than a show. It was short, couldn't understand what he said.. Second and last time any events in Birmingham alabama

Matt Matthews was spectacular. Will go and see him again and again and in different cities . The venue was disappointing as they over served people and had to sit in front of two drunk women who talked the whole time. They should have been removed. Security was not on point. Everyone around these woman were telling and begging them to be quiet but just got louder and louder

Alabama Theatre is marvelous and definitely will attend other events there. Matt Matthews is funny and honest about his life. There were a few moments when subject matter felt uncomfortable but overall, I’m glad I went.

I took my two adult daughters as a girls weekend. Did did not disappoint!!!! Absolutely love him and we laughed until we cried. We have looking forward to the next tour and plan on attending another one of his shows. FANS FOR LIFE!!!

He was the funniest comedian we have ever seen while telling the story of his younger life, really nasty, but heartfelt at the same time. Would go again!!
