Intimate was the way to go
by Josh on 6/9/24House of Blues Anaheim - AnaheimI’ve seen Kings K once live before and they were big and bombastic, and I had a blast at that concert. I came into this one expecting the same thing, but then it was calmer and more intimate. One of the things that I’ve always enjoyed about Kings K music is how authentic and raw it is. This authenticity paired beautifully with energy of the evening. Just before Kings K started, the group I came with was talking about the lost art of music video making, and then we saw his they used the overhead projectors on the stage to create a live at piece/live music video. We were all captured by the creativity and the visual addition to an already wonderful auditory experience. We left feeling rejuvenated, having spent time worshipping our creator, and doing so in such a unique way. My 2 Kings K concerts have been on opposite ends of the spectrum in a number of ways, but every time they bring their all and I can’t wait to do it again.
