Accessible seating is reserved for guests with accessible requirements and their companions. Guests requiring accessible seating may purchase one (1) accessible seat and up to three (3) companion seats adjacent to the accessible seat. Depending upon availability, seats for additional guests will be located as close as possible to the accessible space. No exchanges and no refunds on all ticket purchases on Shuckers tickets. No outside food and beverage is allowed. In the event that the 2016 Major League Exhibition Game scheduled for April 2 is not played, your ticket may be exchanged for two Box Level or Reserved Level tickets for any non-restricted (excludes April 7 and July 4) regular season home game during the Shuckers 2016 season, seating based on availability. Concert Policy: If the event is cancelled or postponed in advance, ticket purchases will be refunded by the method they were purchased.
