Overall, I was pleased with the Sprint Center experience. We could see everything on the court. It was easy to get in and out of the building. The drawbacks would be a) sitting that high, we felt "separated" from the excitement below, and b) the seating was really tight -- worse than an airplane. We are taller than average (fiance is 6'5), and we were pretty cramped. I'd recommend sitting on a lower level to watch a game.
Excellent atmosphere! However, while fans are entering the arena, both escalators should be going upward. The line to get on the lone upwards escalator was at least 50 yards long. Not much sense for them to be headed down before the game.
It was our first visit to the Aprint Center. We were impressed! The excellent facility was well staffed. Service was top notch.
My only complaint was the long lines to get into the center. This was a sold out event & it seemed like there were fewer doors open than normal. Spring Center should have more concern for their customers and less for their overhead.
Super game even though K-State lost. We are good friends with Lon Kruger so was fantastic to see him before the game. Great venue!! Great noise!!!
It would have been better if the Wildcats won, but the place is great for basketball!
The game was great! Sprint center not so much. Tickets said game time was at 7, however it didn't start til 815pm. TV was probably the fault there. Staff not courteous and helpful.
Tricky to get into the building- Long lines, almost missed the tipoff even though we were to the facility with quite a bit of time to spare. Otherwise, very nice...except that our team lost.
The Sprint Center was very family friendly! The CBE is a great time too.
The crowd was electric.....great game, though our cats lost.
seats were against a wall with limited view of the basketball floor. different parts of court not viewable. very irritating for the price paid after all charges added to it.
We we sold seats with a limited view. We complained and were moved. Otherwise, everything was wonderful.
It was great to see the Sprint Center in Kansas City sold out for the UNLV game. The game was exciting, the crowd was loud and it was a super college basketball environment. My only negative comment is that our seats were in the first row of the upper deck. The upper deck at the Sprint Center is so steep and with just a flimsy wire railing, those afraid of heights in our group chose to stand in the back row rather than sit in such scary, unprotected seats. I assume the Sprint Center folks hear this often and may some day add plexiglass to the railing along the first row of the upper deck.
I sat in section 114 on the floor. These were some of the best seats, for the price, I have had at the Sprint Center.
Seats were great, the crowd was amazing!!! Great time~
Packed with KSU fans! Even though KSU lost, it was a great event.
