JP is one of the best players out there and he's my favorite guitar player. His dynamics and technicality is amazing. He can go anywhere in playing styles effortlessly and incorporate them together like butta. His band The Red Hotts are also need of mentioning Fredrick Cleveland on Bass is so cool and smooth he just is a well rounded musician that keeps the groove going. Chris Peet is the drummer which is an understatement he's a phenomenal percussionist that moves with minimal movement but somehow get this great big sound but it's not over the top. You can hear everything which is what you want. The had a special guest joining them, Anne Harris was playing violin with the guys and she is incredible! Her energy is contagious and her playing really complemented the rest of the band and vice versa. She doesn't always gets to play with the band when they are touring but when she does it's magical. If you want to see a great band and enjoy some great music with musicians on top of their game, then definitely go see them.

JP Soars and the Red Hots w/Anne Harris, were AMAZING!! The Gypsy Blue Revue show they perform, is sultry, captivating, and mesmerizing!! You can never go wrong seeing this group!!

Your jazz club done with thought & care, J P & Anne we’re so excellent! I had randomly picked cuz of blues & a violin…..But the band ..each..truly gifted…you felt the love they have for music & making their audience happy…… Just truly enjoyed them & this lovely venue.
