by Techy on 1/3/20Sony Hall - New YorkThird time at Sony Hall. All three times the venue has been so oversold that you can't move without people on all sides needing bumped into. It's so bad that people get frustrated and they leave after just a short time from arriving. It thins out, but by that the show's almost over. Completely disappointing. The venue is gorgeous, and the show's I've seen are great, but it's completely ruined by not being able to move.

Paid extra for vip and I guess we were lucky to have a seat back in bar area, didn’t feel like a vip situation. The venue felt unsafe at this overcrowded situation
