Jefferson Starship Tickets

I don't understand all the bad reviews. I tell you something, if i could get up there n play n sing for 1 1/2 hours at their age, and sound as good as they did;:damn, I'd be special!!!!! I'm 64, in fact it was my birthday when they played Red River Revel::but to me they sounded great, had crowd going n dancing. I loved the songs of theirs in 70s n I love the same songs now!!!! Keep on Rocking n to heck with the haters!!!!

Go see this show if you have the opportunity. You won’t be disappointed.

Penns Peak in Jim Thorpe PA was a great venue. Jefferson Starship was terrific. Nice to know those of us over 50, 60, 70 and 80 years old still can rock and roll like it was yesterday.

didn't play "Good Shepherd ".. UNHOLY ..can "Crown "and do "Shepherd " Destroyed "Embryonic Journey"which was more like "Placenta Plunge"..with a bunch of electricguitar skulldrudgery which bent the song in half.. no peaceful warm bliss to be found in this womb!! GOT TO PLAY THAT TUNE FAITHFULLY WITH 12 & 6 STRING ACOUSTIC !!! JESUS . How can you do folk 60's true to form without acoustic guitars? the JS sound this night was definitely overloaded on the high end.. not much bass.. ah.. btw.. the JS doesn't have a bass guitarist. .the keyboard player is covering.. all in all an average show from the band.. . the venue was nice enough..the lot parking is free and we didn't wait at all to enter and only a few minutes to exit after.. alcohol and food are available.. bathrooms were good that i saw.. amd the staff was helpful... ps.. the 1st few songs were VERY RECOGNIZABLE.. ONE WAS "FAMILIAR STRANGER"FOR HEAVENS SAKE.. !!

After fourth song I asked my wife if we were at the right show because the lead singer wasn’t good and didn’t recognize any of the songs. Once they started singing songs that we recognized we struggled up to encore then left. Definitely NOT the way they used to be and seemed more like a tribute band! Never again!

This show was the worst thing I ever saw , to loud ,yelling instead of singing it’s no wonder the tickets were so cheap awful , awful , awful walked out after miracles which they couldn’t sing to save their lives. Never Again ??

Wasn’t sure what to expect that night but I had a great time! The venue was amazing and I loved the band. They played to the crowd, lead singers voice was incredible/powerful. Just overall a great night and would see them again in a heart beat. Could not believe a band member was 86 and could sing and move like that.

Concert was pretty good, but they played for only 1 1/2 hours. It took me almost an hour to get there. Shortest concert I’ve ever been to. If they didn’t want to play at least 2 hours they should have had a lead in band.

They are a great band that has kept the fans' love for them grow more every show.

This is a place that gives you the experience to enjoy the view, grab a bite to eat and have a drink before the show, and access easy parking. There is security to get rid of potential issues and rowdy people so it is not distracting to the show. The only negative is that you needed a reservation to sit on the deck and enjoy the view. Since that is a great feature for the region, there should be more seating there.
