Not great
by Jack on 9/13/24The Factory - Saint LouisThe band was blacked out, had no idea who was even on stage or if they were actually singing. Could have stayed home and listened on the tunes. Show was good but not like it was 10 years ago.

In certain serendipitous cases, a band’s name perfectly encapsulates their essence, and heavy metal rockers In This Moment are a case in point - the sheer power and immediacy Maria Brink’s vocals make it difficult to be anywhere else. Simultaneously vulnerable and snarling, Brink’s emotional growl is a focal point on 2012’s Blood, the band’s 4th – and most successful – album to date. Singles like “Blood” and “Whore” pulled no punches, landing the album at No. 1 on the Billboard Hard Rock chart and cementing Brink’s place as one of the dominant female voices in alternative metal. After forming in Albany in 2005, the band’s 2007 debut Beautiful Tragedy quickly made them a metal festival staple and the opening act of choice for bands like Megadeth and Rob Zombie. Their 3rd album, 2010’s A Star-Crossed Wasteland, was a crossover success, landing at No. 1 on the Independent Albums chart and spawning a hit with “The Promise”. On Tour in 2013, the band has been blowing ticket buyers away with their thundering live concert, pulling fans into the moment with Brink’s commanding presence.
Over the course of their career, In This Moment have played many famous venues to capacity, like Observatory North Park and House of Blues.

I was so excited to see In This Moment. I knew that they are more theatrical now however this show was on a whole other level of theatrical. The stage was so dark we could not tell if it was really Maria Brink singing or not. The smoke progressively got worse and made the stage almost hard to see. I would love to see them again but at least lit up.
I've been wanting to see this band for several years now and finally being there in person did not disappoint. Clearly, a lot of work went into putting whole performance together and I felt pretty lucky to be able to see the other bands live, as well. The Palladium was great, as always, with top notch drinks and a very professional staff. It was an important night for me with nothing I can really think of that could have been improved upon.
As always, In This Moment rocked the house hard! Love seeing them come into Idaho and see them every time they're here.
I loved it, i always wanted to see them in action and seeing them 3 times this year was the best, In this moment will always be my top #1 band favorite??
The good: This was my first time seeing and hearing Avatar. They were really cool and had the best set of the night. The event staff were prepared and security did a great job. The bad: Way too much time passed between bands and the sets were very short. I could understand the opening bands having a shorter setlist but the main event should have been twice as long. In This Moment only played roughly 7 songs. The stage was dark, too dark! I couldn't even see Maria for most of the show. There should have been a light on her. I didn't get as much out of the show as I'd wanted.
I've been listening to In This Moment since I was in middle school and have wanted to see them perform live ever since! They did NOT disappoint at all, it was such a great night :) I bought a t-shirt from their merch stand and I'm super excited to wear it!! Btw $40 for a concert shirt is an excellent price!
The entire concert was excellent! Not a single complaint about anything. Been to alot of concerts, but this one was flawlessly done!
been fan for In this Moment since 2010 and this show, I mean this smoke show was disappointing, You can barely see the singer, musicians are ok but lead voice tries to hide in smoke, from the outside the theater was like something was burning. She uses soo many filters and voice distortions that is hard to hear the voice (other instruments are ok) and at the end She requested from audience the approval. oh dear, everyone else were awesome (TX2, Avatar and Ice Nine kills) but In This Moment... Ill tell you such a great disappointing.
Tx2 wasn't honestly not that bad he pumped up the crowd sharred the stage well with his band mates. Yall can hate on him all you want but he is putting the work. Avatar was cool I don't know they were in on this tour and I was stocked to seee them they putt on great show definitely wanna see them again. Ice nine kills fans we need to talk. I get you want to see them but for love god stop only coming for them. either stay for the show or don't it's disrespectful and annoying to he bands and the people who actually payed to see everyone. In this moment was fine honestly a little boring large gaps between songs and people swemd confused if they should act like it's a metal concert or a theater show. ALSO GOT COVID FOR THE FIRST TIME SO THAT SUCKED
It was so awesome! From the opening act to the very end was absolutely amazing.
Probably the worst concert that I've ever seen. Good for theatrical, but that's about it. The band is an after thought to her front and center ego
I don't get it... Maria wore a mask for the show and did not have a microphone in her hand. Did she even sing or was this another one of those shows where everything was dubbed. I stayed for about half of their set and then left. By then at least half of the audience had already left the Hollywood Palladium. I will never go see this band again.
From start to finish all bands were great and brought up the energy!!!
I have always wanted to see In This Moment and they did not disappoint at all. I hope to see them again and again
Had such an amazing time. Felt great to feel the music as well as hear it. Can't wait to go again.
The bands were amazing and sounded great. As always, INK and ITM put on a visual and audio spectacle. Maria Brink is very artistic, and it shows in the presentation. If you get a chance, I highly recommend seeing both bands live. As a side note, we saw the show at the Hollywood Palladium, and we paid extra money for the balcony. I really wanted to enjoy the show, so I thought this would be the best way to do it. They did not tell me when I bought the tickets that unless I buy seats (which was never an option for me even though I did the ITM presale), it is standing room only. If you are not there first, you will not be able to see the show because everyone else will be standing in front of you with no way for you to see around them. We ended up going down to the GA section so that we could actually see the show. The price of the "VIP"Balcony ticket was more than double (close to triple) the price of a GA ticket. Save your money and do not fall for this like I did.
One of the best metal shows I’ve ever been to. ITM was amazing!
In this Moment always puts on such a visually amazing performance. The lights, smoke, theatrics really add an aura to them and makes them stand out from the rest! I will never get tired of seeing them live.
I've seen In this Moment 3 times now, Maria and the band always deliver an epic show. Great combination of music and performance theatrics, she is mesmerizing to watch. Thank You for always coming to Idaho! See ya next time...
