This club gig by Glasvegas was by far one of the best I have ever attented. Great energy from the band, very well put together setlist, energetic crowd of a couple hundred people which made a sensational atmosphere. Geraldine and It's My Own Cheating Heart as performing highlights. Amazing energy from both lead singer and drummer!
One of my favorite bands did not disappoint in their live show. Highly recommended.
What a great show! Small venue made it intimate, Tight band who play from the heart. James Allan vocals were great. Jinna Loftgren was intense on drums and the intricate guitar work the band is known for was evident, This band is going to break through in the US. Catch it while you can before it becomes impossible to get up close! Highly recommend.
Venue was great & band were perfect . Superb night.
The Band sounded great and the show was so much fun!! I was up front and James Allan was amazing!!! He even shock my hand at the end!! I love Glasvegas even more!!
Big fan of their first album and heard that the Varsity show a couple of years ago was crrrap. Thought we'd take a chance and see them here. I don't mind if a band is a bit wasted and can still perform but these guys? Yikes. The drummer rocked.
So glad to have the chance to see these guys live, and at an intimate venue like the Fine Line. The show exceeded my expectations. My favorite moment, though, was actually after the show, meeting the band.
Great venue, great atmosphere, great band. Highly recommended.
High hopes for this show given strength of the first two albums. Unfortunately, the mix was off as was lead singing James Allen voice. While he looked the part of a crooning 1950's muscle car wind up, his voice at times did not come through or he missed some of the notes. As for the sound/mix, unfortunately lead guitarists Rab Allen was pushed way to low and at times barely heard in the mix. Try as he did to be the focal point, Jame Allen took a backseat to Jonna L?fgren. She was the true star of the show - leading the band and the sound throughout.
