Donavon Frankenreiter Tickets

Tremendous nite, great weather, Venue - AND Donavon and his band were tremendous. His son sounded great as well. Warm band very enjoyable.

The concert was really good! I was surprised how much Donavon’s son sounded just like him. I will keep seeing Donavon’s concerts especially if they are here in the Hampton Roads area.

It was awesome to be back at a live music event. Donavon was great as always and it's fun when Matt Grundy jams with him. Will definitely be back for the next show!

This was the second and third show we saw from this tour and both were excellent. The last two shows and he still had all the crowd pleasing energy. Key West was the last show on this tour and he was very easy going, bantering with the crowd and even playing Butterfly when my wife requested it. Always a great show!

My man introduced me to D.F but I'd only listened to him on Spotify. I was sure I wouldn't be disappointed, and I wasn't! I surprised him with tickets, and he was literally beside himself. He knew him like 20 years ago when he was local to San Clemente, Ca and had no idea he would ever tour. Great experience which I'm sure will go and see every time he's in town.

Donovan Frankenreiter and Matt Grundy didn’t disappoint…they were incredible! Songs were heartfelt. Once they got going, the whole room vibrated with emotion. We had front row seats on the balcony, and although the room was packed with fans, it felt intimate. Loved the way Matt played to the audience and provided some insight to his life journey. Would have loved if Donovan also shared some of his insights…Loved the gruffy voice and his style! The venue itself was an experience. The only suggestion would be that perhaps the prevideo was more conducive to what the performer had to offer and perhaps not as long. Perhaps giving more of a cameo of Donovan, his history shots of his photo albums… More personalized to the upcoming performance. Looking forward to the next time…

Donavan and Matt made more music than I thought possible from only 2 musicians. Frankenreiter’s “Thumb & Strum” style of guitar playing in impressive on how it makes it sound like multiple guitars are playing.

Venue amazing. First half of show was a bit slow, picked up in second half with some great jams. Would be great if he interacted more with crowd.

Donavon was amazing as usual! My first time to the Canyon Club and I was impressed - great layout, great sound, great food! Definitely will be coming back for more shows. I like that you can choose between having a table/dinner or GA area.
