Great show

True life transpires, and music results. Cold always documented memories and moments in song, etching them forever in diaristic lyrics, cinematic production, and airy guitars. Since their 1997 self-titled debut, the group fronted by singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist SW consistently converted pain into poetry consumed by a legion of diehard fans affectionately dubbed, “Cold Army.” At the turn of the century, the band unveiled the seminal 13 Ways To Bleed On Stage, which went gold and yielded hits such as “Just Got Wicked,” “No One,” and “End of the World.” The 2003 follow-up, Year of the Spider, marked their highest chart position, bowing at #3 on the Billboard Top 200, receiving a gold certification, and spawning the smash “Stupid Girl” accompanied by Rivers Cuomo of Weezer. 2005’s A Different Kind of Pain illuminated melodic strides to the tune of 37,000-plus copies sold first-week and a Top 30 debut. Meanwhile, 2011’s Superfiction continued this streak, crashing the Top 10 of the Top Rock Albums Chart upon arrival and extending a growing legacy. This was my first time seeing them live. Scooters voice sounds amazing live, certain parts of his songs i could really hear his original sounding vocals showing through and it gave me the chills. That man is beautiful and amazing. The other 3 musicians were just as talented. I couldn't take my eyes off of them, and even teared up during certain songs. It was actually quite theraputic for me to be able to stand close and listen and hear them and his chilling lyrics he somehow always pulls off. Please go see this band live if you haven't yet. You will not be disappointed!
Let me start off with the HOB restaurant. NOT BAD! No really complaints othet than slightly pricey, but what isn't these days. The opening bands as well as Cold were not good. It seems with COLD Lindsey was the only one into it! COULD NOT hear the vocals as drums too loud. Told sound engineer, but doesn't listen. Something was off with Scooter and the second guitarist Johnny was missing. Not sure what is going on, but unimpressed. They openers had volume problems also. If it were so cheap i would demand my money back and or dispute it!
The opening acts weren’t my exact taste but still were good. But Cold, the headliner, whom I really went to see, were amazing. They played every song that made me love them and played them well. It was a more intimate show than I expected too, which made the experience that much better. 10/10 would see them live again. Thank you!
Beyond memorable! Amazing night! Would go to every Cold concert if I could!! Loved beyond words!
Love Drafts is a nice, intimate venue to experience local bands & National Acts. The 1st 3 bands did a very nice job warming up the small but enthusiastic crowd for the still popular Alt/ Hard Rock band Cold. Great show and performance, but the sound engineer & amplification could've been better. Frontman Scooter Ward's vocals sometimes got distorted with feedback and drowned out, unfortunately. That just should not be allowed to happen. Despite that, this was an excellent show, as expected. The food, drinks & staff was great and I will probably be back for Jimmy's Chicken Shack...
Long live Cold!!! Scooter is an amazing front man.
Everything about the show was amazing. The venue was amazing and the staff friendly. It was by far the happiest night.
The staff at Elevation 27 were very friendly. The place was clean and roomy. The sound was excellent and the bands were amazing. It felt so good to be able to see live music. Not only did Cold perform incredible, I also have a new favorite local band Por Vida.
Lets start ticketmaster love the app.Easy to use and yout ticket right there.COl
Everything was perfect, from the venue to the opening bands. Divide the Fall and New Dilemma killed it out there, and Cold was amazing as always ??
I had a very good experience at this show. First off, I got to meet all the band members which most shows ive been to the band members don't mingle with the fans too much. The venue was cool, and the staff was friendly. Cold puts on a hell of a show and I would recommend you see them live! What a performance.
Great people, great band. Never saw Cold before and Scooter was awesome. He did so many old school songs and he reached out and touched my hand twice. It was so sureal...he even let me hold the mic and sing into it as he was holding it. The only thing that was annoying is Baltimore Sounstage doesnt allow to you to buy merch with credit cards...I really wanted to get a shirt to remember the experience, but it was cash only so I was bummed, but overall, I LOVED Cold! The other two bands opening for them weren't anything special, but I came for Cold so that didn't mean anything.
And so well worth it. The lineup was great for the show, found a new band to listen to... and COLD from start to finish delivered a powerhouse performance! Can hardly wait for the next tour cycle!
Most amazing night of my life. First time at soundstage, very nice
We had a great time from opening band till Cold came out. Loved the atmosphere of the masquerade great up close experience with the bands!!!!
Scooter was pitch perfect and percussion perfection by Sam. Can't believe they are back and so very happy they are.
We had a great time at the V.I.P. meet and greet. There are no seat which was hard for a disabled Vet but the back pain was worth it. We had a blass listening to the bands. The Bar staff on the second floor was great. The environment was that of an old school club. Looking forward to there next big event.
The two of thecthree openers were horrible but the third open (Awake For Days) was amazing. Then Cold played and was AMAZING.
