It was my first time going to a concert at the Ball Arena and I loved my seats. Club level 158. Easy to get to, hallways were not crowded at all. Looking forward to going back. Parking was also easy but I had pre-paid in advance.
Seats had a great view of the stage. Getting around the arena is a tad confusing. I wish there had been a merchandise booth on the Club level, but the one on the main level was very efficient.
The show was great as well as the view from club level. The club seats themself at Ball arena could use a lot of improvement. We were in folding chairs, very close together with no drink holders. The other seats in the arena were better with drink holders. You would expect better, not worse in club level.
This show is on my top 10 list now. Had never seen Pink Floyd or Roger before. The performance was spot on. It was Rogers 79th birthday the night we saw him. The band was incredible, and Roger was strong, and engaged well with the audience, with a good sense of humor. The screens and visuals were spectacular. An immersive experience all around. If you don’t like Roger’s politics, as the screen says at the beginning of the show, “f… off to the bar”. Lots of politics and personal views, which I tend to agree with. But you may not, so be warned. If you are there to see an icon of rock, you WIL NOT be disappointed. Great, great show! And oh yeah… the flying pig and sheep were there too.
The last time we chose Club Level for a concert we enjoyed a private entrance to the Venue. We enjoyed a nice meal before the show at a sit down ala cart/buffet. We also enjoyed a many smaller venue options for drinks and snacks. What we experienced the other night was a huge disappointment. We stood in a 30 minute line to get into the venue. There was no “private” entrance for club level. The lines out side the venue were unorganized and allowed many patrons to “cut” in knowingly and unknowingly. The food selection was terrible on the club level. We did not eat prior to the show thinking we would have a decent selection of food. Unfortunately that was not the case and we wound up eating nothing. I had done some research on the Ball Arena website and was under the impression there would be some take away pre-prepared food. The restaurant we had enjoyed in the past was essentially closed except for the bar. All there was was basically junk food you would find at any ball game…etc. Club level is still a great way to see a concert, especially one “in the round”, but the services were completely lacking. Please update the website if you are not going to provide services that were once offered prior to COVID.
The musicians were amazing, Roger is a master of entertainment, the videos and visuals were impactful, the political message was powerful. One negative: it was messy and disorganized to get into the arena.
Almost missed the start of the show because it took 45 minutes to get through the door. Very poor access
There are no Merchandise vendors on the club level.
The experience was amazing. From starting with the ticket scanning using NFC to the great club level seats with private bar private restrooms and great staff overall 10 out of 10
