Chicago Fire FC Tickets

Aside from the disappointment of not seeing Messi play (which is beyond anyone's control and everyone's dilemma), the huge disappointment was when the Chicago Fire rolled out massive discounts to that game after I had paid big $$$ for 200 level tickets well in advance. In the week leading up to the game, we found through Ticketmaster that for less than what I paid for, I could have had seats close up in the 100 section. Although there was a promo offering discounts for next season's games, a better alternative would have been to upgrade our seats at this game or a refund equal to the difference of what they were offering for my level of seats. There were plenty of empty seats close to the soccer pitch. The offer for next year's season was a ploy to purchase season tickets for the incoming Chicago Fire season. No thanks.

It is way to crowded in the concessions area and to get to the get to the bathroom from upper level.

Great show by Jason Derulo. Wish we won the game but it was a good try. ??

No Messi as it was advertised everywhere! Imposible to get inside on time, we were able to get to the resev d parking by half time and just missed half of the game.

We could not see the near side corner flag or part of the 18 yard box from our seat. Definitely an obstructed view

Wanted to support both teams and Messi gets hurt and does not travel with the maimi team. Disappointed. Did not go. $$ money spent

Difficult to review… as we paid a significant premium to see one of the best players in the world, Lionel Messi, but he didn’t attend the contest. It’s unfortunate and I hope Ticketmaster supplies those who invested heavily with a resolution that is beneficial for the user. Thanks!

Make sure to check the requirements for handbags and purses before going! My options were to walk my 6 year old 25 minutes back to our car and miss the start of the game, wait in a HUGE line to put my purse in a locker (and miss the start of the game), or throw my purse away and carry around all of its belongings ??

The game was super fun! It was very fast to get into the stadium and find our section. You can tell a lot of effort and thought were put into making the game as fun and exciting as possible. It's very cool that MLS games happen at Soldier Field. We went to get another drink and food during half time and it was VERY busy and crowded. I think that's more of a design flaw of Soldier Field rather than issues with vendors/workers/etc. I've never been to a Bears game but I'm assuming when it's near sold out, it's very very busy and hard to walk around. The Jason Derulo concert afterwards was horrific. We waited about an hour for things to start which was frustrating. Then Jason came out and to be frank, he sounded horrible. His vocals were so bad. It would be like me performing a concert lol. We went to the game for the game and stayed for 2 songs just to say we saw Jason but honestly, it wasn't worth it.

The experience is Lit , The players are ready. let’s score goals and get many W’s for all seasons to come .. Go Chicago Fire …
