The first half was like watching a practice game so players could familiarize themselves with each other. Passing was not very accurate. A few players seemed to put more effort into trying to pick up the pace, but overall the first half was rather boring. The second half tempo picked up, passing was better and there seemed to be a game plan for attacking the goal.
This match was during the window between coaches. The players weren't into it. the match was less than steller. The venue was nice, easy to access. Drinks were pricey and so were ticket prices. Prices for all USMNT matches should be reduced to aid in attendance. Kansas City a few days before has 5,000. ouch.
So disappointed in the USMNT. There was no effort and no one seemed to want to give any effort since it was just a "friendly"I am going to have to seriously reconsider purchasing tickets in the future if THIS is the product being put on the field!!!
Got good seats and watched a great soccer game at Cincinnati’s TQl stadium.
Overall the men's team did great. I'm not sure why this was done in Cincinnati instead of Columbus Ohio. Had it been played in Columbus there would have been no empty seats I wasn't impressed with TQL field level perks like the food and restaurant. I had total 6 tickets with some who never had that experience before. However we have been at Huntington Club lower level in Lower.com stadium and food and environment 10 time better. TQL had a single serving plate for chicken fingers two pizzas out at a time and hot dogs. At Huntington Club this was the sideline food on their double food service bar. I wouldn't pay that premium money again for that experience. Our seats were great. After the game they wouldn't let us out until the players came off the field. Ridiculous. That should have been monitored by security and opened and closed at needed. You may think I'm too picky. No just comparing to my experiences at Lower.com stadium which were all 10+. I would give this a 7.
I was unimpressed with the presentation before the game and during. The announcements were week, they didn’t announce what the referees were calling concerning the fouls, there wasn’t much hype and no excitement. They should have drew the crowds with a free giveaway as well.
Ticket prices were way too high for an exhibition of this level.
What an amazing game and any seat in the lower bowl was a great seat! We had a blast! 60,6016 attendance. Security was seriously lacking going through ticketing. It was a joke. Lots of metal detectors, but if they went off, only half the people were required for another search.
The match was great, last time we saw them play they played at Exploria Stadium which was much nicer stadium than Camping World. I'm presuming it was capacity that warranted the change of venue. I will say try and get seats on the west side of the stadium, it was blinding till the sun went down. But we had a fun time.
Hard to arrive, worse to get out of the stadium. Huge lines to buy anything or go to the bathroom.
