It's been MANY years since I attended a hockey game, probably since I was younger than my 16-year old who recently asked to go to one. The crowd and fan interaction during the game itself and even intermissions was neat to see and participate in. The coliseum and event area was neat and clean, with pretty decent food/snack and drink options.

I would attend many more games at the reduced /special price I paid this last visit due to "Charlotte on the cheap". 25 dollars as a minimum ticket as I paid in the past is not doable.
Great seats - my only complaint was the number of people going up and down the aisles while the game was in progress. Missed a goal because of that.
No bad seat in the house exciting win in OT on $1 ticket night!

I love going to Checkers games! Really appreciate the free parking. A great night out at an affordable price.
The seats we had in the coliseum were under a leak in the roof. It dripped on us the entire game. Management offered us other seats but they were not as good as the expensive ones we bought. Luckily we had brought umbrellas so decided to open inside to keep dry.
Birthday present for boyfriend. He had a great time
I’ve been to many sporting events .. this was the most fun of all. Chubby is GREAT. Families as well as couples or individuals entertained to the max for a couple hours. Thanks Checkers for a terrific evening.
Unfortunately, the Checkers lost but it was a great experience. everyone working there was friendly and courteous. Entertainment between action was very good. The organization and facility did a great job. will be back for more!! Highly recommend. Family friendly!
Bojangles Coliseum is not the Giant Center, but it is a neat arena. Floors around the concourse even go up and down giving it an older nostalgic feel. Concessions were good, food was better then the Giant Center in my opinion. Seating was good, though significantly smaller than the giant center. Checkers fans were terrific, as most hockey fans are. Fan wise we were massively outnumbered as Hershey fans, but their fans were very friendly; met a bunch of nice people. We had a great time. Their sound system was the only thing that really needed improving. It appeared the speakers could not handle to volume, so you could not hear the announcers well most of the time. Other then that, it was a lot of fun. Highly recommend.
Great games! We go as often as we can and it's a fantastic event for every family or group in general. Free easy parking (compared to most large events) and reasonable food beverage prices (again, compared to most large events)

The parking is free which is great. Venue is easy to get to. Great music inside the arena as well as lights. Great entertainment. Plenty of food and drinks to choose from. Plus the Checkers are very good!!
The Checkers games are always exciting and well worth the trip. Many of the games have been come from behind victories. The food is great and all is an exceptional value for the entire family. LETS GO CHECKERS!!!!!!!!
The Bojangles Arena is well maintained, clean, as modern as can be, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and kind. The Team played hard from beginning to end and provided a great evening of Pro Hockey. I have visited this arena before. I will be back.
I had two friends with me that day. The one had never seen a hockey match and the other was his 65th birthday. Didn't expect so many altercations on the ice but on a scale of one to ten it was an eleven. Ticketmaster made the experience an enjoyable/exciting one. Keep up the good work and possibly will use Ticketmaster again.
Love this arena for watching out Charlotte Checkers. There are no bad seats, the bathrooms are clean and the concession prices aren't ridiculous.
Had an awesome time at the Biscuit. Great arena, nostalgia, food and price. Love this place and the Checkers. If the Canes knew what they were doing, we’d still be affiliated.
