Love the energy and excitement of the players as well as the fans! These guys give their all for the fans and the place is packed out almost every game it is sold out. This team has brought so much to Winston Salem. Concessions and facilities could use a little improvement due to so many fans and the lines but is what it is.

Bought game tickets for wrong night and Ticketmaster would not transfer them to the next night and I think that is crazy there was no help and I will not be buying tickets through here anymore.

You won’t find a more enjoyable sporting event, and solid vendors and concessions with great prices anywhere quite like the Thunderbirds games. FREE PARKING!!!!! That alone makes up for the smaller arena, which gives good views no matter the seating choice. You can buy tickets directly from the box office, or pick your seat in advance on Ticketmaster and just scan right into the game. The games are free in YouTubeTV so you won’t miss a game once you are hooked, but the experience in person with the motivated and dedicated fan base is great and memorable. Give it a shot!

The entrainment level and excitement are always through the roof. The Thunderbird fans turn out to loudly support their team. Our two year old even enjoys cheering and dancing to music played during the game.

My daughter and I love going to see Carolina Thunderbirds. It is so much fun and the fans make it better.

Such a fun, fast paced, exciting experience. Can't wait to go back this Saturday for another game!!!

Very accessible parking, friendly staff. Lots of choices for refreshments. Great view from any seat. Team was very enjoyable to watch.

I absolutely love the Carolina Thunderbirds. Considering how good the team is, it’s hard for me to believe that the ticket price is as low as it is. The venue services are excellent and still improving. I love the team and the staff couldn’t be better if they tried.

Hockey is the best and Thunderbirds hockey was super fun. Relatively small venue, but it was packed and the number of people in team gear was really impressive. Great atmosphere, fun night out with the family.
